*****, we sincerely apologize for any challenges you've encountered. We reviewed the mail received by the ****************** and unfortunately cant locate your letter requesting removal. We  changed our address in September, so it is possible your note was caught in a forwarding issue.

Based on your complaint, we changed the database to reflect that you do not want future mailings. PLEASE NOTE: It is possible you will receive 1-2 additional mailings before this change is fully processed, as some mail may already be in production or shipment stages. For further help, please call ************** and ask for *********

Lastly, due to a recent change, some donors associate mail as being from Open Doors, even though its from a different organization. If the mail is from the FORMER Open Doors USA office--which is no longer affiliated with Open Doors and now supports Christians under the name ************************** can request removal at ************.

Thank you for your support of persecuted people and we again apologize for any inconvenience.

      Problem:
We have sent their mail back to them requesting several times now. We still keep receiving mail from them. We want to be removed from their lists.

      Business Response

      Date: 02/12/2024

Hello, we recently received a complaint from ************************* - #********. This complaint was stuck in our spam and we didn't see it. However, we had resolved her complaint WELL BEFORE the complaint deadlines that were set out. Our representative, ****, removed ****************** from our mailing list and sent ****************** an email confirming that she had been removed on 11/21. We are able to provide documentation of this. Is there a way to please address this either with BBB or with ****************** directly? Please note that when removal requests are received, there are still sometimes additional mailings already in the shipment distribution cycle that will arrive before the address is removed. So if she received one final mailing, it was already in shipment when she requested. Thanks so much, *****
