      On June 9, 2024 at approximately 10:22 pm a drunk driver struck the back passenger tire and caused damage to my back tire and suspension of my car. Police arrived at scene and made a report. Which report I have with me. Per police drunk driver car had to towed Oxnard police dept notified Payless towing to arrive at place to tow drunk driver car.
      The drunk driver car was not touching my car but was very very close to my car . I kindly asked tow truck driver to please be careful the way he would tow car because the car he was going to tow was very close to my car. The tow truck driver asked me to move my car to make things easier for him I told him I didn’t think I could do that because the tire , and suspension of my car seemed damaged and were already touching metal part of my car and I didn’t want to cause more damage to my car. The tow truck driver (employee) told me that he had to place the car in his tow no matter how and if he were to cause damage than for me to just go through insurance that he didn’t care.
      By his response that was a red flag to me that he just didn’t care so I had to video film how he towed the car. And yes he caused extra more expensive damage to my car to my 2 doors the driver door and back passenger door are now recked, ruined and unable to function nor open.

      Dear B***** ******. That nigh your vehicle and another parked
      in front of yours were hit and damaged by a Lexus. A Lexus hit your car first
      in the driver-side rear pumper then side-swiped your vehicle’s driver’s side
      rear doors all the way to the front of your car and collided with the other
      vehicle parked in front of yours. This caused damaged to your vehicle’s driver’s
      side Front and Rear bumpers, fenders, rims, tires, doors, panels, rear axle,
      and etc.…. When I met you the other day, you have also confirmed this on camera.
      You have also mentioned that Lexus tried to leave but his car got stuck to your
      vehicle and couldn’t leave. When drunk driver hit your car in the rear fender,
      tire and rim causing broken axle it pushed body of your car from back to front
      and this causes your doors not to open, this you have mentioned on camera.  This is to let you know that we are not
      responsible for damages.
