    This happened 08/27/2023. I paid $250 when the appointment I made online was supposed to be for $200. The business committed to fully detailing my car and returning it to me in the same working condition I dropped it off in. The business broke my seat by forcing it or hitting it while detailing. The amount it cost to purchase and have it installed is more than what I paid the car wash. The seat was in perfect working condition when I dropped it off, I witnessed the detailer get in, adjust my seat without any issue, and drive it to the cleaning area but he claims it gave him issues but I had this car inspected recently including the seats mechanisms and there was no issue. The only way the part could have snapped is if the detailer applied force in some way. Also they took 3 hours longer than they should have, told me they barely started working on detailing 5 min before I got there even though they called me and said it was ready, left ******** splattered on my windshield/in-between the fenders, and when I asked to vacuum the spots he missed, he didn't even do that. I have contacted the business only for a refund and they refused. Order: C-5814A775EC844DBC I paid at the car wash property.

    Hi *****, 

         ****************** made the appointment online our prices start at $199 for a full detail.  Upon arrival we inspected the **** cadillac and quoted $250 for the detail do to the condition.  The detailer for the vehicle noticed the power driver seat was not operating normal but was still able to adjust, also the added time was do to the condition of the car.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The car was not in poor condition or dirty. The photos I have attached are of before going into the business. The seat worked perfectly before they cleaned it, the employee admitted he forced it and then denied saying that, and the entire detailing job was below minimum effort. I still had wax/clay on my windshield and in between the body panels, the employee spent a total of 5 minutes on the chrome (I know that because he said that), and when I pointed out small debris that didn't get vacuumed he didn't even get that. I have already told the business I just want a refund and I will deal with the cost of replacing/installing the new part but they have even refused to do that.

    I have 5 "non refundable certificates"remaining that were purchased as part of a" 12 full service executive washes for the price of 10 at $18.99 per wash ". I was recently told that these were no longer being honored despite there being no expiration date on them or any other disclaimer.
