    I placed and order October 18, my bank account was charged October 21. I wrote requesting an update on October 24, no response as of today October 27. When I just checked their website for my order, it shows Order not found. They advertised as 24hrs **************** based out of **********. They show an email in their website and another through Shop, where I bought their product. So fishy by now and not even an email acknowledging my order at all.

    CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTACT CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR REFUND

    I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE COMPANY THAT IS USING OUR NAME

    I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO STOP THEM ....

     Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I just received what I bought but still havent heard from the vendor and Im okay with that, I just wanted what I bought or my money back. Still its awful lack of customer service. Thanks!!!

    I ordered a shampoo on line from novahair I emailed them 6 times to get a refund I even called the number they gave a lady answered she said she gets lots of calls not the number and it was a fraud please help *********************************
