    On 11/27/22 I purchased two pairs of shoes for the amount of $231.66. On 12/1/22 I returned the shoes, receiving a receipt for store credit in the same amount, with a 60-day guarantee for exchange "per ****." Three separate trips have been made during "normal business hours" with the attempt to shop and redeem this store credit: (1) Wed 12/28/22 at 11:30 AM; (2) Tue 1/3/23 at 12:00 PM, and waiting until 12:45 PM; (3) Wed 1/4/23 at 10:30 AM. During each of these additional trips the same sign on the window was displayed with the message stating, "Closed - Please Call Again - **** Return At 12:17." Noone ever came to open the store, even after waiting well past the time posted on the message. An inquiry was even made to the adjacent merchant about about their observation of ******** Shoes normal operating hours (or lack thereof), and they indicated that it was normal for Caesar's Shoes to close spontaneously for extended periods without notice or explanation. In fact, they stated that nobody appeared to be operating the store since before Christmas. Several attempts were also made to contact the store by phone, leaving messages each time, and requesting a callback. No calls were never returned. I would like to know a specific time to be able to shop and redeem the credit before it expires (presumably on 1/29/23). Due to the unreliable store hours and inability to make contact, I fear I **** lose the ability to redeem my significant store credit in the agreed-upon time frame.

    I went to this store front when I was visiting on vacation, they did not have the shoes in the correct size and color combination so they informed me they could order them and ship them to me. I have not received the shoes and have left many messages for the merchant to call back to either provide tracking or a refund. They have not called me back and will no longer take my calls. After researching this business more, they have done this scam to many others. I will attach my receipt where it shows $129 for the purchase of the shoes and then the ending total of $139, the extra $10 charge was to cover shipping to the address stated on the receipt. There was no tracking information given at the time of the sale because the shoes needed to be ordered and then shipped. I was never contacted to say the shoes are in and ready to be shipped.
