I literally cannot express how grateful I am to this team for all the hard work they put in on my case. In the end we were able to settle and avoid having to go to litigation. Throughout the whole process they were very communicative and explained their rationale for each step along the way. Props to them.

We are very grateful the way the timeshare exit attorneys of Sussman and Associates settled our dispute with our timeshare resort company.
The clear and upfront communication and vigorous defense of our consumer rights were outstanding. Big difference compared to our past dealings with a few of the other fly by night "timeshare exit" people who did not produce results.
We would highly recommend this law firm to help other timeshare owners in the same predicament as we were. Getting out of our money-draining timeshare membership is now a done deal, thanks to Mitchell Sussman and his team.
The whole process, from the first timeshare exit consultation over the phone to the final settlement, took virtually no effort on our part and lifted a huge weight off our backs.

Thank you for helping us get out of our timeshare. I admit we were skeptical as so many companies take your money and are never heard from again. Whenever we had questions you were able to give us an answer and did just what you said you would do.

Mr. S****, a partner of the firm did not have any empathy for me. All he cares for is MONEY. He lost my case, damaged my health, and ruined my prestige in the court, that I worked very hard for the past 40 years. I did not find him very honest. He twist things around to justify his actions and he changes his words on client. He pursued me to get my case. I was deceived by the high reviews in AVVO ( that I now believe they are filtered - my review was deleted) and his sweet attitude. I hired him. Paid him 70% up front and the remainder within a few months; very high 5 digits - months before trial started. I was ******, but why he is so ugly? Soon after, he pushed hard to sell my house to settle with the fraudulent bank. maybe he had an eye on my house for himself, that is why he drove me nuts to sell my house. Many nights, he would write to me pressuring me mentally and emotionally very badly, enough that I could not get any sleep all night but just worrying. I have a very painful experience with Harvey S****.
Often, I wondered why he is doing all that – I paid him all that money - one time I believed he is not capable of trying my case in the court, asked him to give my money back and go - he wanted my money but did not want my case.
He lost almost a million dollar fraud loan on my house in favor of a Chinese bank without me seeing a penny of it! He knew I am appealing - and he is the one that has to file the notice.
Quickly, he filed motion to be relieved as counsel behind my back, without my knowledge and consent. While there are additional works to be done, the court granted his motion. because the court knows I will get a reversal.
now I am left to find a new trail lawyer over the weekend otherwise I lose my chance of appeal.
I will never forgive him nor his partner Mr S****** who although is under a paid contract with me, charged me additional $2,000.00 for a phony explanation of a distinct matter.
I will provide every proof needed.

Mr. S****'s former client is correct...the Court not once but twice ruled against her and as stated earlier the Court's ruling was simply that she had to return the money she took from the bank who loaned some $700,000 which she and her partners refused to repay .
Moreover, her statement that the Court "insulted her harshly" is an acknowldgement that the court in awarding a judgment against her found that she is " not an innocent party and is guilty of unclean hands."
What more can one say. She lost the first case ( not handled by Mr. S****), she then appealed and lost the second case. In both cases two different judges found her be the :"guilty" party. If she appeals again ( which is a total waste of her time and money) the result will be the same for the plain and simple reason that she received the money, refused to pay it back and acted "in bad faith."

It is a shame these guys just so simply lie - neither ethics nor any respect for law.
First he said Mr S*** is not a partner of his office, then he denied that I was a client of their office. I was stoned how could he deny the court docket??? Once I proved that I was their client, I paid all those $$$ to them, and in fact they ruined my life by their terrible and horrible representation, he turns around and now is wording about ruling he got from judge for me. Just imagine, his defense is the horrific ruling he got from the judge for me. He is spitting his own face.
There was a fraudulent loan on my house and I hired these guys to represent me in the trial after I won the Appeal from a motion. There was only one case (not two), and two defendants, bank and fraudster. I won the fraudster in a jury trial for fraud. I lost to the bank on a motion, appealed and won the appeal, remanded back to trial basically to collect the damages and these guys ruined my case as bad as now the judge ruled against me that the fraud loan is enforceable.
Now see all the wordings this guy has used in his response. Does it prove my points in my review?
Who believes that I would get a fraudulent loan on my own clear tile few million dollars house that I worked so hard for it for 40 years, and refuse to repay so the bank can foreclose on it? If that was the case, instead of spending almost a million dollars on legal fees on trials and appeals, I would have paid the money that he falsely say court said I “received” and I am “guilty”. publishing false information publicly??
I am sorry but now they have to respond to California Bar Association. These people shall be disbarred.
