On 12-21-2024 I ordered online through IHop to pickup. We arrived at restaurant our ess not ready, after 30 minutes,we received our order which was incorrect. I gave the food back and requested a refund. I was told by manager she would have to contact her corporate office to issue refund. She took my first name only and the last 4 digits of my card number. She told me refund should take 1 week. I have not received refund. I called location on 12/28 was told manager unavailable, person on line placed me on hold states spoke to manager, who advised vaguely remembers and would return my call, no call received. I called again on ***** told manager not available placed on silent hold for 10 minutes, I disconnected call and called back, no one picked up call, I was left on active hold message for 52 minutes. I want my money back, this the worse service I have ever experienced at IHopInitial Complaint

I spent $45.00 at this IHOP the food was raw so I took it back, the manager was not there so I had to wait. The customer service was very rude, I already did a review and that didn't resolve the issue. They refuse to refund my money and I am contacting a consumer attorney tomorrow to help me get my money back. I have emailed the owner pictures of the food and receipts.Initial Complaint

I was given a $100 Applebee's gift card for my birthday. The card does not work. I saved the card because I am in the military and I shipped out and I have ship back in and my card is missing its money . I have spent hours calling Applebee's customer service getting nowhere. On 11/29/2024 My family and I went to IHOP store #**** to have breakfast service was not great at all. Server didn't ask us if we needed anything after bringing out plates. I was given the bill of $75.65 Check #********* and went up front to pay at the cashiers and left no tip as serves was horrible. The next day I look at my account and saw two transaction from IHOP one for $75.65 and another for $7.35. As these are pending transaction I know that nothing can be done on my banks end or IHOP so I waited a couple of days to see if it posts to my account. Sure enough a charge of $82.97 was charged to my card. How can an establishment add additional charges after a transaction is complete on the customer end. I believe the took it upon themselves to issue a tip to card. I've called the establishment multiple times to get this rectified to no avail. When I finally got through I was told only the manager can look into it to call in the morning. I call in the morning and spend 1 hr. calling until someone picked up. I asked for the manager they left me on hold for 20 mins. then call hung up. I'm calling now and once again no one is answering. I wonder how many times they have done this customer without them noticing. I feel an investigation should be done to see how many time they have added charges after a customer has left.Initial Complaint

Hello,I visited the **************************************** earlier this week. Most visits to various iHop restaurants have been good; its my favourite sit-down restaurant. However, the experience I had at ***************** left me with more questions than answers. I ordered breakfast (2x2x2) that arrived 45min after my order was taken and, the eggs were not cooked as I requested. I decided not to eat the meal. I asked for hot tea from both the server and Manager. But, no tea. The silverware was with waterspots and, no placemat on the table. I ordered a ToGo omlette, it arrived as shown in attached photos. I paid $15.15. But, due to the unappetizing appearance; I did not eat it.I didn't eat any food from iHop that day.Please consider re-training staff at this iHop restaurant. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unsanitary experience I had at Applebee's ***********, located at ******************************************, on November 30, 2024. During my visit, while eating my meal, I discovered a ***** in the food. This incident not only made the meal inedible but also raised serious concerns about the restaurants cleanliness and food safety standards.I had ordered the shrimp and steak parmesan with mash potatoes and broccoli , and after taking a few bites, I noticed something unusual in my food. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that it was a *****. I immediately alerted the staff, but the response was unsatisfactory, and I was left feeling distressed and **************** a paying customer, I expect a clean and safe dining environment, especially when consuming food prepared by a licensed establishment. This incident was not only alarming but has left me with concerns about the hygiene practices at this restaurant. I believe that situations like this should not be taken lightly, as it can potentially affect the health and well-being of other customers as well.I request that the ******************** investigate this matter and help ensure that the restaurant takes appropriate actions to address its sanitation practices and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. I had a horrible experience with ************************** which is owned by dine brands i had placed an order on their website twice which never arrived and they had a third party delivery partner assigned which instructed me to contact ihop customer care which i did and they informed me they sent my case over to the store then they told me the case was closed i expect my orders to be cancelled or refunded because i was charged for two orders this is unacceptable Order # ***************** Order # ***************** The third party delivery partner gave me the following reference number ********* I expect ihop/ dine brands to resolve this issue immediatelyBusiness Response

On 09/16/24 check #**********, I called the Applebees restaurant back after bringing our pick up order home and having discovered that two of the meals were missing. The restaurant manager, *****, said that they would refund those two meals to my card, which has still not occurred and we are over a month out on following up with this with the restaurants management, regional manager, as corporate offices. The case number at corporate is *******. Corporate has escalated this case multiple times, but ultimately said that the franchise needs to process the refund. The regional manager has not contacted me back despite having promised they would. The local restaurant managers, *****, ***** and ***** have stated that they have submitted the request multiple times for a full refund on the order totaling $60.27 yet it has not been refunded. One of the two meals that was actually included for the four cheese mac and cheese was inedible due to an abundance of watery sauce. The local restaurant has been informed multiple times that we will go to the Better Business Bureau if the refund has not shown up on our account within a week. Please help us obtain our refund of $60.27 that the management keeps telling us we are due.Initial Complaint

I ordered lunch for my office and when food was delivered items were missing and other entrees had incorrect sides. Location was notified immediately, person who answered phone was rude and when a manager was requested, the call was put on "perpetual hold". I contacted IHOP customer service, was given above case number and was told someone would contact me within 3 business days. That was one week ago and I have not been contacted. Ordered food for my wife and explain to them that we could have sought on the fries and no pickles and one of the wings with the bone in got the wings with the bone out got pickles on the sandwich and got salt on the fries paid almost $28 for this meal was sent $20 gift cards not even enough to reorder the items called the store today the original supervisor told another supervisor that since I told them that I had ordered this for someone else that they couldn't reissue the remaining balance which they were going to send a $10 gift card out so we could purchase another meal which you shouldn't matter if I use the $25 gift card plus extra money to purchase anyone the mail it's not the storage discretion to tell a customer that since they use the coupons and told them that the food was for someone else they're not going to refund the remaining balance due to their neglect and issuing items that could cause people to get sick of high blood pressure and things of that nature so I am seeking a full refund and an apologies from Applebee's this is not the first time they've messed up on order that we ordered from their establishment you go to their website and it shows that there's been a lot of complaints on the ******
