      The worst Applebee's ********** ** on Earth and I've been to over 50 of them. Any good reviews has to be their friends. **** with the big ***** glasses at the time is a liar and disgrace. Dirty as he looks he is. Food tastes horrible and he is a liar. Promises us the rewards card on two different occasions and then not providing it. Then promising us tonight he's going to come back with it refuses to come back and tells the waiter fool ***** to tell us he's stuck in the back lying to us on top of it. The manager ***************** sarcastic and dirty looking etcetera. There's nothing good about them or this location, silverware, glasses, bathrooms dirty, etcetera. The place is dirty and ran by incompetent buffoons.

      I had a door dash for one omlette. I arrived and sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all or even asked if I needed help. Finally after getting tired of waiting I asked the little waiter boy to see if my order was done and he told me that there wasn't a door dash order at all. Then I showed him my dasher app with the order on it and told him they needed to make it. He then walked past me and said he had better things to do. The employees there are obviously taking peoples door dash orders and eating them and telling the dashers there isn't an order. I proceeded to argue with the little waiter boy about my order and the manager was nowhere to be found although he came out of his back room and looked at me several times while I waited. I called the store back after I left and told the little waiter boy I was going to contact the BBB ****** when he cussed me out and said that the manager "doesn't give a F"

      This review is regarding the IHOP restaurant at ****************************************************************** At around 10:30 this morning I visited this locationmy mother and I sat and the waitress ****** proceeded to take our orderbecause my mother wanted a burger and ****** said they were not serving burgerswe decided to go elsewhere. Because my mother had a soda, I apologized and told *************** be happy to pay for the soda. She rang me up and I paid **** for the sodasigned put a line through the tip line (not leaving a tip for a 5minute visit,no food service, and one glass of soda) it was pleasant enough no hard feeling, no complaintthey simply did not have what we requested so we decided to go elsewhere the charge was on my card for **** as I agreed and signed for two hours later I receive bank notification that my card was charged an additional ****. Immediately contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager who graciously informed me that ****** wrote in a gratuity of **** and charged my card. Please understand, it is not the amount but the audacity of someone to charge my card after I leave for an amount that I had not agreed to. This is theft regardless of the amount. It would be surprising if I am the only customer she has done this too but hope that I am the last. If you visit this locationbe mindful of ****** and please do not hand this thief your card if you do dine please double check your chargesbecause what thieves like this hope, is that you wont be attentive to this small amountwhile she steals and robs customers only looking for a decent meal. The manager ***** was very nice, professional, and forthcoming and not at fault she apologized for the ordeal and honestly what more could she do the thief ****** should be terminated for such a violationwho can trust a thief who steals any amount from customers! Shame on you *********** on you

      Extremely long wait times for our orders, when our orders were finally brought out only have of what was in our orders was there and it was cold and undercooked. The restaurant was only half-full so it wasn't all that busy a day for them. I told them on leaving we weren't going to come back.

      I went to the ******* location and ordered a cowboy burger. I cut it in half and it was pink. My bun was soggy from the blood from the burger. I didnt even take a bite and told the waitress I didnt want it. She took 10% off my bill. So I paid for a burger I didnt even eat. Will never go back to Ihop again. Would rate a zero but had to select one star

      Tired of going and getting bad food while the workers and managers are outside smoking blunts...I say do a drug test on the managers for sure

      I would not suggest the ihop on omiplex ********* ** *********** area in ********** **. Food was cold and nasty manager was no where to be found and when she did show up she was rude I DONT I repeat I dont recommend this location

      Disgusting!! I can not believe this place even passed their inspection. The hostess sat us in a dirty booth with a wet table top that she threw the menus on top of so they stuck to the wet table in addition to the booth also having a broken seat. The manager sat in the booth behind it looking around while to heavily facial pierced girls walked around staring and leaving my husband and I sitting without drinks after 15 minutes and which they still never served us and even when we finally decided we didn't want food poisoning since the place was obviously below code we left. Gross floors, smell of dirty water, tables stuck with food and wet with dirty rags. My husband opens the menu and its literally covered in grease and white dressing. Seriously, people eat in that place! Looked up the recent health inspection. No shock to see that they have critical violations of uncleanness. Definitely will never go to another Applebee's ever again. Will go to a restaurant that actually values their customers. Bob Evans next door is amazing BTW! They provided above amd beyond customer service after leaving Applebee's for fear of possible food borne illness.

      Applebees on crossroads I work there the start of September and I quit because til this day I still havent got my first check I was supposed to get and every time I call the to see when I will get my check and they always sayin they have to email corporate and they emailed corporate like ************** to get my money and they still gotta contact corporate. I just want my money cause I dont work for free.

      The price was on point, the waitress was pleasant and efficient, the food was delivered expediently and it tasted great. I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is the best restaurant experience I've had in a long time.
