      Actually zero stars:This business owes our landscape company over twenty thousand dollars for work and materials requested and performed. They refuse to respond to our invoices. Does that tell you anything?I have a family of four to support. This is an extreme hardship. Please do not support this business.

      We went to IHOP in ****************. At 9:00 am on July 21. We ordered ************. We ordered chocolate milk no chocolate milk. The smell in the restaurant We terrible. Then we ordered out meal. We got the food. It was cold everything eggs pancakes, toast. Also there was not a napkin in the restaurant anywhere. We called for the manager and he came to the table . We ask about the milk he said the gallons he got was out of date and throwed them out and hadn't had time to go to ******* and get any. We were the only people in the restaurant at this time. Then ask about napkins and said he had ordered them but didn't get them. Then ask why the food was cold? The only answer was he'd wouldn't charge was gor the food. We live close to this restaurant and always wondered why there was never anyone eating uthere. Now we know. It's a shame. Something needs to change at this *************** Ihop

      Don't go here unless you don't mind being call a Bit#! by team lead Charity D because she gets mad at you for voicing your frustration of her refusing to bring your curbside order outside to your car that you prepaid for and put in as a curbside pickup order. And they got YOU leading a team with that behavior??? Area manager didn't even follow up with me after his "team lead" totally, mistreated, disrespected and verbally assaulted a customer. I guess quality customer service is a thing of the past. Whole established just corrupt. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable. See y'all in court.

      All lies. Lied about job, pay and tips. Withheld my finally check and told me that was all my hours. Fired me and didn't give me my final check until I called corporate... took 2 weeks for my final check. The restaurant management kept all my tips. Nasty manager that tears you down in front of other employees and guests. I walked up behind her taking bad about me to other employees. I never got a straight or honest answer from anyone.

      I had a late dinner at the ihop in ******** ***** and had to throw half of a chicken sandwich away bc the meat was half cooked that causes food poisoning

      I had dinner with some friends at Applebees in Eastgate. I left over a 30% tip because we were there for a while. After reviewing by credit card statement I noticed an additional $2.00 was added to the tip. My bill was $26.94 and I left an $8.00 dollar tip and $10.00 was on my statement. It's my understanding that the waitress enters their tips. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he would check into it and get back with me. I never heard anything from him. Had I not already left such a generous tip I probably wouldn't have questioned it. I wanted to make people aware that you should check your statements. You might be paying more than you want in tips.

      I would leave no stars if I could a bug was in my office after waiting ************************************************************************** and my son waited for some more which came out at the same time our entree did the waitress had a horrible attitude not one kind or apologizing for word to say for the mishaps asked for a manager she walked away grabbed him and he did absolutely nothing but ask if I want it remade well of course not on the same day I get a bug in my food what sense does that make? On top of that my son was extremely hungry they took the food off the ticket but wouldnt let my dime take my mozzarella sticks that couldnt be infected by a bug with me so my hungry son would stop fussing offered no apology no way to make it right only an attitude and a waitress with a even bigger one Yess restaurants and tips are going downhill because of people whom act like they dont care !!!!! Disgusting and disgracing is all I can say about *** MANAGER OF THE *** AND ****** WAITRESS!!! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW AS THIS IS A HOLI*** !!

      The manager and her son and another employee there is very very rude. They refused to give their names. The only reason I known that it was her son because he said that my husband wasnt goin to disrespect his mother and came towards him tryin to fight while we were walking out wit our backs turned. The manager got mad and rolled her eyes because we asked for our pancakes fried hard or well done because sometimes these restaurants cook fast and the food be mushy or not all the way done like hash browns dont be cooked all the way through. She said your ticket is already in the back and he said could you be nice enough and tell the cook for me. She didnt like that. So my husband just told her in a nice calm voice we want a refund we decided to eat somewhere else because you have an attitude and we havent done anything she said fine and sat the money on the counter and was very loud. The other worker turned her back and said she couldnt give me the manager name and walked off and said if we wont leave they will call the police. So I called guest relations and waiting on a return call.

      My wife and I went to our local IHOP in ************, **., which we have on many occasions. My complaint is not against the local Management or their Staff. The food and service as always was excellent. Once we arrived we saw another couple we new and joined them. They presented a buy one get one free meal coupon and so did we. We were told that because we were setting a table together we were classified as a PARTY. The coupon read 1 per PARTY. The manager told us that since we all sat at the same table we were considered a PARTY. We told him that we came in at separate times and in separate vehicles and that we were actually 2 parties. We were told by the waitress that we needed to work out amongst ourselves as to which couple would get to use their coupon. We have used this type of coupon for years which contained the same reference as PARTY and always been able to use the coupon until now. We were told that executive management classifies that a group at a table is considered the PARTY.We disagreed. And told him we would move to a separate table, he then stated that he would separate us from our friends my placing us in the far corner of the bldg."ITs a management decision not his".

      My husband and I visited this IHOP today as we had done previously 6months ago and there has been no change in the hospital or upkeep of the restaurant.Waitress Tyliese wasn't friendly she never checked to ask if we needed anything else we had to wave her down to get things we needed. We ordered strawberry cheesecake pancakes and she brought us regular pancakes. When I brought it to her attention she said that was me I get you the correct ones but she never apologized didn't update us how long we would need to wait for them. She brought out pancakes about 10min later and just sat them on the far end of the table she didn't even attempt to serve us the pancakes so we could eat them right away. She sat them on table and turned to walk away I had to request a refill because you can't eat pancakes and don't have a drink. She didn't offer butter or even an ************. She just brought the check with seeing of we needed something else.. her hair as well as other waitress have long hair not secured ..long braids just flowing all over she wiping down table and hair is swiping along the table.. Just sticking I feel we should have gotten an apology and something taken off the bill for the inconvenience.. This store severely needs some upkeep..paint chipped on heating vents in bathrooms you can see visible rust... ceiling times alot of dirt needs to be cleaned...
