    This business has no way of responding through a website or via the reply ticket they falsely advertise on their website. They've had a recording for a minimum of 6 months stating they are correcting this but it never happens!I am requesting they remove the false ticket submission icon as well as the misleading recording that says they are addressing the ticket submission as they have not done so for the last 7 months! It was like this for my first order thru the last I attempted to make. There is not any way to contact them for customer service online! You have to call them, and then they DONOT return their calls, which after numerous attempts forces you to dispute the problem with you card carrier in order to get any response at all from them.They purposefully cancelled my third order without any contact and I was left without supplements due to their unprofessional actions! I verified thru my charge card that they had never followed up and sent the requested items to complete the charge to my account. Because, again I called 3-4 times and left a question as to why it had not yet arrived and again, **** return of my call! The ONLY source of contact they have is a phone and they Never respond through that method unless the customer activates something to get their attention.Their production was faulty on one of my bottles and about 2-3 of the capsules tops were sliced and the dessicated adrenal spilled into bottle andit did not finish fully filling the total for 90. After a few weeks of calls and haranguing they finally replaced this bottle on my second order but it it is not worth the aggravation you have to take and the fact their only contact is by phone!

    I placed an order on 9/3/22. I had questions about their products before I purchased them but you cant reach anyone by phone with this company. I tried multiple times and the calls just wont go through. Their website says to start a ticket to get help which I did 3 times but it appeared that none of the tickets went through as I got error messages every time and I never got a response. There was virtually no way to contact this company. The thyroid meds I take were on backorder for months so I just placed the order. The product came back into stock shortly after I received my order and Im very sensitive to meds and was very nervous about switching products. I decided to return the unopened product but again there is no way to contact this company - ticket and phone simply dont work. I got an email from them asking me to review their product and in that review I stated I wanted to return the product but cant contact them. Once I submitted that review, they responded to my ticket. I returned the product with tracking per their exact instructions and they emailed on 10/5 that refund was processed. It is now 10/17 and the refund has not been processed. My credit card company assured me if it were processed, they would see it immediately. *** contacted this company again, twice in the past few days, with no response once again. I would not recommend this company to anyone as it is virtually impossible to contact them and they have no integrity.
