      I had filed a complaint about SeniorLeads back in 2022. Now I am getting calls from them under a different name. The company has changed their name to Retirement Prospects to hide from their unhappy customers. However they still have no customer service available by phone for Insurance Agents that buy leads. I asked the sales *** if they will reactivate my account for the money I spent in 2022 and give me some leads to get some return on my investment that they have had for 2 years and got no help. His response was that he cannot help me if I think that the Earth is Flat. Please read the agreement carefully and line by line before you initial and sign because it is as one sided as they come and no protection for the buyer.

      I have been using Seniorleads since the beginning of this year. I have been able to average 2 new clients per month resulting in many thousands of dollars of income that I would have never seen. Is every lead someone who wants to buy? No. Are some of the prospects buyers? Yes. The best part is that Seniorleads does the work to find them. I only need to call and find those that are buyers and close the sale.

      I signed up with Seniorleads to get annuity prospects and long term care prospects. So far, I have not received any long term care prospects. Thats the bad news. The good news: I have sold a $140,000 annuity to a woman who became sick of the *** and downs in her mutual funds. Our meeting was less than 60 minutes and I earned several thousand dollars. I am not complaining.

      My first 3 weeks I could not get an appointment scheduled and was ready to cancel. I went back and reviewed their script and was missing some details when I called the prospects. Once I started using the script exactly, I started getting appointments set. The text messaging module works well. Some of the prospects I have not yet reached by phone but 2 of them responded to the automated texts in my Seniorleads account. I am very happy with how things are going now.

      Once you sign up for the initial ******. They then begin to slam you with leads and will not allow you to stop the flow for 30 days, meanwhile charging your account ***** per lead and getting like 10 per day which is ****** a day. **** the guy that sold us the plan stated we could control the ********* but you cant for 30 days. This is a scam at its best. I asked for a copy of a lead and they could not provide one. pretty sure they are just mailing random names out. I want my money back and all of it. Please do not use this service as you will be billed 320 like every day or every other day. also no one to talk too? I wonder why. I sent an email complaint and no reply which they guaranteed a reply within 4 hours, NOPE.

      Very sorry there was a misunderstanding. To avoid misunderstandings, we have every customer read and sign our agreement and provide this in advance: ******************************************** agreement says:1. each customer can control their *********. The customer determines how many leads they get so we do not "slam" anything 2. every account can be canceled the first and third Thursday of the month so there is no contract to lock you in or 30-day requirement. We have reached out to the customer to clear up these misunderstandings.

      Excellent service and well organized. I am impressed with the training system, the organization of the lead service and the extra email and texting modules. Of the first 5 prospects, I have connected with 3 and 2 of them are middle-income, my type of client that I serve best.

      I signed up for the service with **** who stated I had 24 hours to review the company before I had to make a decision...my card was debited 8 hours after we spoke...I am sure I will never see any of my $936 that I had spent...I changed my mind after reviewing all of the comments about the quality of the leads...I felt maybe going elsewhere was a more reasonable decision...any way a warning to those of you thinking of going with ************...due your due diligence...

      We are very sorry that there was some misunderstanding as we followed the customer's written instructions to begin advertising on his behalf. He provided written instructions on October 12 and specified to start his advertising on October 13 so we followed that instruction. We are happy to start the account on whatever date the customer specifies in writing.

      ****************** did not deliver even one promise. None of their leads are being checked for not being on the do not call list. There goes breaking the law. Neither of the leads ever asked for receiving any information contrary to what ************ sale people convinced us so that is how we agreed to buy leads from them. We tried to ask for a refund after spending almost $1000 and had zero positive outcomes which their CEO going my only first name ******* rejected over an email. They are ******** and ******.
