    Reached out to Grolta for a warranty claim on a shower handheld hose and shower head. The hose finish is flaking off after less than 2 years and the light up shower head that lights up from water also no longer works. Per their website it says both of those have a 5-year warranty and that costs would be covered. The sales *** I have been emailing with is saying I am responsible for the shipping of those items and is charging $79 to ship them. I responded back saying that $79 seams outrageous unless it is being overnighted which I don't want but also ***lied back saying I shouldn't be responsible for shipping costs due to a defective product, The response I got back was the finishing peeling is normal.

    The product was ordered online.Apparently poor quality. The bath faucet start discolorating and leaking after 6-7 months in service. **************** took few e-mais and text message to respond. As proposed soution I was asked to pay inflated shipping costs for defective parts. The warranty policy provided on the company website does not include such details so customers needs to find it hard way after the problem occures.For reference link to the company policy provided below.
