    ****** never looked for my correct pavers.****** immediately went to do what is easy for him and not what we agreed to.That I have agreed to the IF questions ****** asked. All based on NOT finding the paver that I have from 7 years ago. But, ******* Paver **********************************, was told to get Sky ****** A cheaper RCP product. ******* was NEVER told I wanted to keep the same paver. When we made the deal ****** told me that his paver *** would know what my paver was and install them. ****** didnt do that. ****** told ******* to get Sky ****** This Sky ***** was what ****** used on a previous job. I guess it looked good by itself. But nest to my ******* it is FALIURE. My job was told to me was a PREMIUM price. Because I wasnt doing fake grass or windows or rebuilding my house. So I had to pay a Premium price for those reasons. So ****** wanted to Maximize profits for you company and for the $3500.00 price got 20% labor which is $700. And ***** pavers that all the materials came to $550.. For a $2250 profit. My Premium pavers are ******* and they are still available in the colors I need to match my existing pavers. Thats what I agreed to. Those Ifs ****** was counting on, did NOT come into play. Because ****** DIDNT do his job correctly and find the CORRECT Pavers, ****** defaulted to EASY. To somehow suffice the contract as completer. If ******* didnt make my paver then I would accept this crappy job. Knowing that ******* makes the EXACT paver I need to match what I have voids ******* EASY for NOT LOOKING and NOT getting the Correct Paver. ****** KNEW I wanted to match the existing pavers. THOSE IFS scenario didnt change that. IF ****** asked me, IF I dont look for your ******* paver will you accept any paver that I have done from a previous job, because it is EASIER for me to just tell the ***** EXPERT to get the cheap paver and use it???? BEEN HONEST. Then I wouldnt have hired you

    We recognize that ************ has filed a complaint and prior to filing we are already on his property this morning wrapping up tomorrow.  The goal is to take full care of his concerns and are on site doing just that.  We will keep you posted as necessary but we have full intention of matching his originally pavers project as close as possible.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    February 2022 work started on 4 decks. Workmanship poor, nails showing on replaced rails. Did not replace termite infested deck floor, left nails exposed on drywall where previous railing removed. Left old removed rails in backyard. The owner was quick to co.e out here whe. I wanted to cancel the job but nothing since we called because our foot went through the rotten deck. They said that replacement of rotten wood was not within g the scope of work and would charge .e another ***** to replace. I paid ******* to replace 2 railings and paint on 4 decks (or 2 porches and 2 decks off 2nd floor sliders. If they can't correct/ finish the job with quality workmanship I'd prefer no contact and this is information only.
