      The product and service this company provides are exceptional! They installed a beautiful patio cover for ** in November, 2022. With all the recent rain the cover needed a few minor tweaks. I called them, not knowing if they would respond or charge me to come out so long after the original install, however **** came out promptly, no questions asked, and did the work. They stand by their product and are committed to getting it right ... sadly that's a very rare thing these days ... but very much appreciated!

      I had a patio cover installed by Tom Fite Patio Covers in 2016. I loved the patio cover when it was installed and it has truly stood up to the test of time. They use high quality materials, the best workmanship, great pricing and they stand by their work and product. Fast forward to today. With all the rains we had in *********, I thought I was having excessive accumulation of water from the patio cover and contacted the company to see if they would come out to give me some advice. They came out today and we discovered that the gutters were chock full of debris and that was the problem. Of course, that was my fault - I didn't realize I needed to be cleaning these. **** cleaned out the gutters and caulked a small area where there was a bit of leakage. He was wonderful and very professional and helpful.I can't recommend this company enough. I find many companies these days don't stand by their products and hardly will give you the time of day if you call in with a question or complaint. Tom Fite Patio Covers has great integrity and honors their customers with an amazing service. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a patio cover. I love mine - it was the best home investment I ever made.
