    Ordered product from webpage, and paid shipping to receive order in 2-3 days.

    Money was withdrawn from my bank immediately.
    I did NOT receive email with tracking number, next business day.
    I called, and got voicemail saying they would NOT take calls.
    I emailed them. They did NOT respond, after 6 hours.
    I texted them. They did NOT respond after 2 hours…
    They have my money, did NOT ship my product…….and will NOT answer phone calls, emails, or texts……!!

    To Whom It May Concern,

    The customer placed an order on our website on Sunday, July 9th, 10:32PM PST. Sent us a message on Monday July 10th with the same comment as the complaint.

    We do not process orders on the weekends and the customer was provided with an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase.

    The order was shipped on Monday July 10th and was delivered Tuesday July 11th, which is quicker than the 2-3 days transit time the customer has mentioned.

    We responded to the customer's inquiry when we resumed operations on Monday July 10th and an e-mail with the tracking number was sent to the customer the afternoon of Monday July 10th.

    The entire incident from the customer placing the order, him filing the BBB complaint, to us responding to his inquiry and providing him with the tracking information all happened within 24 hours.  Believe the customer was a bit impatient and too eager to receive the tracking information of his order.

    Attached please find the following:

    - conversation with the customer

    - order information showing the time the purchase was made

    - tracking e-mail sent to the customer

    - tracking result of the order
