    Serene Passages did an excellent job with my dog. I called and spoke with *** and was able to get a same day appointment, which was a two hour window. *** then called me when the Doctor was 30 minutes out. Doctor ***** was very professional and compassionate, walking us through the entire process. After the procedure, Dr ***** said to take as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes, and he excused himself and waited outside. I highly recommend Dr. ***** and Serene Passages. Thank you for getting us through this difficult time.

    Dr ****** was very nice but the guy *** is an inconsistent IDIOT. I gave him my dogs name and he MISSPELLED it. It's Mandi he kept putting *****. Then I get this ******** email with her name MISSPELLED AGAIN. Something is seriously WRONG with this guy. He obviously doesn't listen to a fcking thing said to him in the phone nor did he pay attention to the form I sent him. Ok ****. That's how I'll refer to you. The premedication shot pretty much put my dog to sleep. She was barely breathing by the time the dr gave her the final shot. I'll NEVER use nor refer ANYONE to these people again. Highest INSULT - MISSPELL your name after being corrected. I'm beyond ****** off. Maybe Dr ****** should hire people who PAY ATTENTION. that means YOU ****. Un real. They'll NEVER get my business again. I'll find someone else when it's time for my other dogs. Hopefully not any time soon. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. Think about that Dr ******* **** made the whole experience BAD. Hence ONE STAR. Au revoir c'est mal medcine
