    I purchased an EZ BREEZE electric bike for $1,000 from this company and have had nothing but troubles with it. They refuse to take the bike back, made me do all the warranty work on it my self and now that the warranty is over they just emailed me and said they no longer have parts available for repairing the bike yet they are still selling it on ******* ***** and through their Safecastle website.

    I ordered a case of red feather butter from them have not received it. They told me the butter was delivered. It was not the second time they said oh *** will deliver it tomorrow by seven they dont know where theyre located when I asked them what their address was they dont know where theyre located. This is a scam company. Please do not order from them.

    Hello,We shipped the order *** time.Please find the details for the below.Order number S44451 Received on 25 September 2023 at 12:56 pm We sent a shipping confirmation email to ********************************* *********************** on 27th sep when the order was shipped.We sent another notification Shipment delivery email and it was sent to ********************************* ********************** on 30th Sep.On 2nd of October customer called us and we gave her the information that the shipment is scheduled delivery on 3rd of October via ***.Please find the *** link for your reference- ****************************************************************************************** Customer never checked her email for our notification.We are in business from last 20 years and we are serving the community to the best of our capabilities.We are not a scammer so this review is misleading and we sent all the communication to the ***** on time and we do have documentation of the same too.Since our customer service team is outsourced in India, customer is doubting our credibility which is not true.We are working globally and we have team meters across the world , int this new age of technology our team members are working from different countries and with different ethnicity.

    Ordered a mobility scooter from Amazon. The third party seller is Safecastle. Safecastle is horrible! My scooter came broken on the first day and they sent me a part. They pawned my concerns to the manufacturer.. I did travel and ********* Airlines broke a piece of plastic on the scooter. So now Safecastle and EVrider are saying the airlines are at fault. The scooter is completely unusable. I purchased in April 2023 and am getting a runaround. I paid $3000 for a lemon
