As many EA game players, we write this letter of complaint with great frustration and anger. Recently, EA's anti-cheat system had a serious anomaly, resulting in a large number of innocent players' accounts being banned, which has caused great damage to many players. In the past period of time, many players in the normal EA's various games, without warning received the account was banned notice. These players did not break any rules during the game, nor did they use any cheating methods. They range from veterans who have spent a lot of time crafting their characters and worlds to newcomers who have just stepped into the world of EA games. However, the anti-cheating system indiscriminately blocked their accounts, making it impossible for them to continue to enjoy the game, and their previous investment of time, energy and possibly money was wasted.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I'm sorry, but I cannot accept this outcome. I've been playing APEX since 2021 until my account encountered issues, which means I've been playing for nearly four years. I truly love this game and have never engaged in any cheating or rule-breaking behavior during my gameplay.
I've always strictly adhered to the user guidelines.When my account was banned, I was completely surprised and couldn't understand why this happened.
My gameplay at the time, including my stats like K/D ratio and so on, didn't differ from my usual performance.
I can't think of any reason for this.
I suspect that your anti-cheat system might have mistakenly flagged the software I used while working as illegal software.

My account **************** was hacked and now appears to be lost outright, which makes me unable to start any cases with EA, simply because it always required a login into their system in prior to post anything.
2. (as I mentioned in my petition initially) they've already had closed my case ********* with them started by May 12, 2025, 4:29?PM (see the regarding screenshot) without any future possibility to neither add some facts nor to edit it outright. The link provided with their only feedback letter to me (automatically generated) ********************************************************************************** returns the following message: 'You currently do not have any cases with us'. That is, post factum, makes all my attempts to seek help from EA, on this lost account (****************) matter simply impossible.

Why am I so proactive in appealing? Because I love this game, I haven't committed any illegal acts. I'm a poor player. It was only after I retrieved my account that I discovered the ban.
