My ea account was stolen before, and I couldn't log in to it until recently when I retrieved it. However, the account is in a banned state. I have no idea exactly why it was banned. I am rejecting this response because:My account is unable to ********************** cases. I have tried many times, and that's why I'm using BBB. If I could contact the EA team through EAhelp, I wouldn't seek help through BBB. But obviously, my account has been banned for no reason and I can't create cases. As many EA game players, we write this letter of complaint with great frustration and anger. Recently, EA's anti-cheat system had a serious anomaly, resulting in a large number of innocent players' accounts being banned, which has caused great damage to many players. In the past period of time, many players in the normal EA's various games, without warning received the account was banned notice. These players did not break any rules during the game, nor did they use any cheating methods. They range from veterans who have spent a lot of time crafting their characters and worlds to newcomers who have just stepped into the world of EA games. I am submitting a formal complaint regarding unfair treatment by Electronic Arts (EA).
EA banned my EA SPORTS FC™ account without presenting any evidence or offering a legitimate appeals process. I lost access to hundreds of dollars’ worth of in-game purchases and content.
After the ban, EA also canceled my EA Play subscription without my permission, cutting off paid access to other services. I was not refunded for the remaining time or purchases linked to the subscription.
EA refuses to:
Provide proof for their enforcement decisions
Offer a dispute or appeal process
Refund canceled services
This is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund for my lost EA Play subscription and an explanation for why access to my digital content was revoked with no justification. On March 29, 2025 I was playing a game on **** gaming (********* **** *****) which is owned or managed by Electronic Arts (shows to gamers as EA Sports). I purchased a pack of 600 gems for $43.31 USD. I did so as I was playing a game that had me at a hard level, I purchased the 600 gems and immediately spent 325 of those gems (value of $21.66 USD) to buy a "Repair Bundle" I wanted to help me get through the hard level. As soon as I pressed the button to purchase, the game was briefly inactive and it refreshed, and when it did display again I found the 325 gems had been removed from my account but the item purchased was never put in my game account. I contacted EA_support and asked them to fix the problem. They were unresponsive and slow, I had to contact them multiple times. There website is horrible and the most unfriendly unclear customer service contacts and directions I have ever seen. I have been contacted by at least a half dozen contacts, they all appear to only read off scripts and do not fix anything themselves. Eventually I was told it was being submited to "in game" tech support. Now they are claiming I spent those 325 gems on other things but that is not true at all. I spent the remaining 275 gems outside of the game which caused this issue, but that is unrelated to the missing content purchased. I expect to be either reimbursed the 325 gems, or the $21.66, or receive the Repair Bundle I purchased but did not receive.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:this is there canned response to all complaints they receive. The "forums" they send customers to for "help" (cough cough) are ineffective, never providing a satisfactory solution for the customer. They are literally stealing from customers. Their reply to me was trying to claim I spent the gems on "other things" - I challenged them to this and told them to document what they claim those 325 gems were spent on and they give the same canned response. This is a class action suit waiting to happen, there are hundreds if not more of angry customers for their failures at making things right.

I am rejecting this response because:I have posted all interactions via the forums mentioned. It has fallen on incompetent support. I want and expect that if EA tech support does not properly investigate and respond only with "gems spent on other things" then use those same "investigating" skills to identify and provide to me what "other things" exactly 325 gems were spent on. It would be far easier and correct to either refund the 325 gems or the item which was purchased and not received. I have spent thousands of dollars on EA supported games (via ****) and am not spending any more money if they do not make this right. This should be a no-brainer for any reputable support. I'm not asking for anything other than my missing gems or missing purchased item. This is fraudlent if EA claims such ridiculousness.

Dear EA customer service, hello. My EA account has encountered a serious issue of being banned. I hope you can help me report my problem to the EA team and have the team investigate the abnormal data on my account.
Here's the situation. Around mid-May, EA's accounts experienced a global BUG and were banned. Not only were many well-known self-media practitioners banned, but some professional players were also banned. Of course, the majority were ordinary players like us. At first, our accounts weren't banned, and they even prompted me with login errors. I was kicked out of the game a few seconds after I entered it, and no bans could be viewed on the official website.
