I am filing a complaint against Electronic Arts (EA Sports) regarding a broken Squad Building Challenge (***) in their game EA SPORTS FC 25 Ultimate Team.On [insert date], I completed the 11 Icon Players **** which is designed to grant three icon players. I am filing this complaint because EA has unfairly restricted my Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) account by banning me from the auction house for coin distribution, and recently went even further by zeroing out my in-game coin balance despite no actual violation of their Terms of Service.I play MUT every year with my nephew. We both spend real money on packs and enjoy the process of building our teams. At the end of each season, when hes done playing, he posts his remaining cards on the auction block so I can buy them using virtual currency. EA removed the trade block system, so this is the only way to transfer cards.This year, after doing the same thing weve done in the past, I was banned from using the auction house. No coins were bought or sold for real money. There were no third-party services involved just family members using the in-game system to share cards at the end of the ************************* make matters worse:EA continues to allow me to spend real money in the game But I cannot access the auction house one of the core systems of MUT And now they have also removed all of my in-game coins, even though I earned them fairly through gameplay and purchases This feels not only unfair, but exploitative. My Battlefield 2042 account was suspended on April 29. As someone who is recently facing unemployment, I found comfort and enjoyment in playing this game for long hours. Due to my financial difficulties, I often access the game through various internet cafes. I am concerned that there might be anti-cheat software installed on these public computers. However, I assure you that I have never used any cheating applications during my gameplay. Additionally, due to network issues, I often experience connection problems and have to use game boosters to improve my connection. I am requesting restoration of my auction house access or a full refund of the $200+ Ive spent on the game. I am rejecting this response because:
I respectfully reject EAs response. Their explanation is vague, inconsistent, and does not address the core issue of my complaint: that I was banned from the Madden 25 Auction House after spending over $200 on in-game content, without any clear or substantiated evidence of wrongdoing.
Initially, I was told I was banned for "coin distribution," then later informed it was for "cheating in Madden matches" a completely different and contradictory reason. Despite this, my online gameplay privileges remain active, which raises serious questions about the legitimacy and accuracy of the enforcement action. If I were truly cheating in matches, why am I still allowed to play online?
Furthermore, EA has provided no evidence, no specific violations, and no transparent review process. Their customer service system offers no ************************** opportunity to contest or even understand the ban, despite my multiple attempts to communicate in good faith.
This response does not resolve the matter. I continue to seek either:
Restoration of my accounts Auction House privileges; or
A refund of the money Ive spent on the account, given that paid features have been restricted without cause.
If this cannot be resolved directly and amicably, I am fully prepared to continue pursuing this through appropriate consumer protection and arbitration channels.

Hello, I am writing this for having trouble with Electronic Arts **** (EA). For explaining the whole story, at the beginning, my e-mail adress which is ************************ has been stolen on 21.02.2025. The hijackers have been changed my accounts which are linked to this e-mail and have been make transactions. One of it is through my PSN(Playstation account). Whic is about 700TL and 1299TL. After 2 days, on 23.2.2025 I have managed to get back my e-mail adress. After that I started to get back my accounts. It takes almost 2 months to take my *** account. Somehow I have get back all my accounts which are changed or blocked but the only account I could not get is EA. I need this account for especially playing **** on PS5. Which I could no longer play online because of this issue. I have opened numerous cases, talked to many people on their live chat. They say that this is very common and it could be resolved very easily but I have stop trying after 2 months of trying.
