      i was so mad at the moment that guy just trolling my rank *** and wasting my time didnt get any game experience is that apex 2v3 game? so i typed **** **** controller japanese im not racist at that time hes japanese name and fool and **** i just wanna say he is so **** and fool why hes playing solo and controller play like this so i type these thing but the system said i was Hateful Conduct maybe im not locial? im not good at english and i use the wrong trem maybe?

      I'm contacting you because there is a ban issue with my EA account.

      It was banned around April 1st, 2025. However, according to the data check, the EA account was not logged in on that day. At the same time, the account was recently leaked. My account has not been activated for several months, but the data shows that someone has been logging in to the account recently, and there are many suspicious activities within the account. It seems that the account has been leaked.

      I recently bought the game Battlefield 2142 when it was on sale. I bought it hoping to play, I really enjoyed the game for the small amount I could play. I took a break from the game and came back to an email saying that I was banned for cheating. I did not cheat in the game. I contacted EA using their EA Help website and tried getting my false ban removed. They did not, I even asked if I could see any evidence as to how I was cheating to no avail, I sent multiple disputes and am still disappointed to see that they have not done anything to remove or explain my false ban. This is a known issue with EA it seems as looking through the discussion forums on ***** show that they have a track record for false bans and declining the false bans (sometimes instantly).

      On 5/12/25, I bought **** 4 For Rent through the EA app. It became apparent within moments that the game was full of glitches that made it unplayable. I went to EA help forums to try to find a solution, and found that people have been asking for help for seven months with zero assistance given and no resolution to the problems. I requested a refund less than 24 hours later, and they told me DLC is not eligible for a refund. So theyre charging for products they know full well arent working and clearly have no plan to fix. No company should be allowed to get away with this.

      Under the Great Game Guarantee section, it does call out the following "Downloadable content (DLC) and in-game currencies are not refundable if purchased separately."

      There is the second option listed at top of the page titled, "Your statutory rights", as were unable to discuss account details without verifying the account holder, we welcome the customer to open a case with us at *************************** where we'll be happy to assist.

It is not fair to tell me publicly that I can receive a refund while telling me privately that I cannot.       Im honestly really disappointed right now. Ive spent over $150 on EA games and cant even access my account because the verification emails just wont send to my inboxno matter how many times I try. Ive checked my spam folders, tried different browsers, reset everything possible, and nothing works.I thought maybe it was just me, but after looking through the EA forums, its obvious that this is happening to a lot of people. Whats even more frustrating is that it doesnt seem like EA is doing anything to fix it. No updates, no real answers, and no urgency. Ive submitted complaints and havent received any helpful responseor any response at all, really.I feel completely stuck. I paid for these games, and now Im locked out of my own account because of an issue on your end. Its not right. I want someone to take this seriously and actually fix the problemnot just for me, but for all the other users dealing with the same thing.If this doesnt get resolved soon, Ill have no choice but to consider legal action. Im not usually the type of person to say that, but Im not okay with losing access to what Ive paid for and getting ignored on top of it.Please do better.

      Electronic Arts banned my Apex account and accused me of cheating. As a player who hates cheaters extremely, he was accused of cheating and was banned from the game account.       I'm sure this ban is not my own problem. I downloaded the official data of ea to find out the reasons for my ban. The reason turned out to be that I hung up in the game I suddenly dropped the line during playing, the game prompt server was shut down, and I couldn't reconnect the game. This is the problem of ea server, which indirectly led to the closure of my account. As a player who hates hanging up in the game, I was banned for hanging up. I sent many complaint emails to the EA team, asking them to seriously investigate the reasons and lift the ban on my account. Every time they wrote back to me quickly, telling me that there was nothing wrong with their ban. I asked the ea team to conduct a more detailed investigation on my account.

      As loyal players of many EA games, it is with great disappointment and anger that we report EA's indiscriminate account ban, which has seriously damaged the interests of players.

      First of all, many players are suddenly banned during the normal course of gameplay. These players are not using any cheats or methods that violate the rules of the game. They're just having fun with the game, such as playing regular online battles in the APEX franchise or participating in the regular multiplayer campaign mode in the Battlefield franchise. However, EA banned their accounts without warning, making the players' previous investment in the game, including the time spent and money spent on the game purchased, the achievements unlocked, etc., instantly come to naught. This is a highly unfair treatment for those players who have been a long-time fan of EA games.


      Moreover, judging from the feedback from the player community, the phenomenon of random account bans is not an isolated case. A large number of players have experienced similar issues in different EA games, suggesting that this is not an accidental mistake, but rather a serious vulnerability in EA's internal management or its ban mechanism. If this situation is not addressed, it will have a negative impact on the ecology of the entire gaming community, resulting in a significant decline in player trust in EA games.

      We, the players, have invested a lot of emotion, time, and money into the game, and we have the right to play in a fair and equitable gaming environment. EA's arbitrary account banning behavior has seriously violated this principle and harmed the basic rights and interests of players. We hope that the relevant departments/institutions will pay attention to this issue, investigate EA, and require it to establish a more reasonable and transparent ban mechanism and appeal handling process to protect the legitimate rights and interests of players.

      Unjustified Account Ban with No Recourse or Option to Unlink from Other Platforms
      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) for the unjustified banning of my EA account. I was banned without a clear explanation or any specific evidence of wrongdoing. When I attempted to appeal the ban, I received generic, copy-paste responses that did not address the issue or provide any path to resolution.

      What’s worse, this banned EA account is still linked to my third-party gaming accounts (e.g., *****/***********/****), which effectively blocks me from accessing games and content I legally purchased on those platforms. EA refuses to provide a way to unlink my accounts, which seems both unethical and potentially anti-consumer.

      I am requesting either:

      A proper investigation into the ban with transparency,
      OR

      The ability to unlink my EA account from other platforms so I can continue to use my legally purchased content.

      EA’s current customer service and appeal system have failed to provide an adequate or fair resolution. I hope BBB can help mediate this situation and hold EA accountable for consumer fairness.

      Sorry, but I won’t be contacting your EA team myself — you haven’t provided players with a proper and consistent communication channel (the online chat button appears almost randomly). My ban date shows as late October 2023, but I did not play any PC games on this account during that time. I demand a detailed explanation for the ban, and I will pursue this matter to the end.Please unlink my banned account from all associated platforms. It’s truly ridiculous and absurd that you freeze and ban accounts while preventing them from being unlinked from other platforms. Your anti-cheat system has always been poor in performance — just log into the game and see how many players are still blatantly using cheats. You take no action against them, yet you frequently and inexplicably ban legitimate players like us?

      As many EA game players, we write this letter of complaint with great frustration and anger. Recently, EA's anti-cheat system had a serious anomaly, resulting in a large number of innocent players' accounts being banned, which has caused great damage to many players. In the past period of time, many players in the normal EA's various games, without warning received the account was banned notice. These players did not break any rules during the game, nor did they use any cheating methods. They range from veterans who have spent a lot of time crafting their characters and worlds to newcomers who have just stepped into the world of EA games. However, the anti-cheating system indiscriminately blocked their accounts, making it impossible for them to continue to enjoy the game, and their previous investment of time, energy and possibly money was wasted.

      I registered it myself on November 24, 2023. However, the account was only banned once a week, that is, on November 30, 2023. I asked the team to help me check what happened?
      The banned email said that I violated the sales agreement. However, I merely purchased discounted games through the ***** platform and I had any other violations. I have no idea what exactly happened to my account?

      Moreover, my account is unable to create cases. I need you to help me report this issue to EA. I can't create any case numbers through EAhelp. Every time I contact the EA team responsible for handling the ban through EAhelp, I fail. I contacted the EA forum manager, and he said that I could change my email and then contact the team.
