      Vehicle i purchased didn't have the catalytic converters. It was sold illegally. Never have received the title to the vehicle and I purchased it in February 2023.

      This customer purchase a 2006 Infiniti M45 #****** the customer had the vehicle for over a month before she called us to let us know that the car had no cathalyc converter at that time we told her we needed the vehicle back to go ahead a request her refund but every single time she would come over to drop off the car she would never have a ride to go back home so she would always end up taking the car back with her, In order for us to take a vehicle back it has to be inspected to make sure its in the same running conditions that she took it but we never had the vehicle here to process her refund She also went ahead and started a lawsuit against us which she also lost cause if you read our paperwork we are an auction we do state that we are not liable for things like this but we were still willing to help her but never had the car here to do it

       I am rejecting this response because:

      It was not a month when I brought the car to them. I brought the car 3 separate times. The auction still by law has to sell a vehicle compliant with California code. They did not follow the law. I paid for the car in full but I am expected to leave a vehicle there and not be refunded for it. 3 separate times I brought the vehicle back. As far as the lawsuit. It is being appealed due to the magistrate being associated with the defendant! Also not legal!

      Sep 27, 22 I purchased 2 vehicles from IE AUTO AUCTION : ***** Van ***** ********* Riverside ***** they advertised as running vehicles well the cars did not run beyond 10 mph the vehicles were safety hazards the cars would skip as I could describe run stop run and stop. Weird skipping motion. On my way out to take the vehicle both didn’t even make it across the street I nearly killed me & my son because how the car drove it stopped in the middle of the street I had to push it back . I paid 7,100$ 4,725 cash and 2,375 card. They kept the vehicles and they gave me a deposit of 500 cash and said they would give me the rest back in my card since they didn’t have any more money inside the auction but before I received the rest I needed to sign papers I refused to sign before I had at least 5,500$ . I did verbally agree to let them keep 2,000$ but not the whole 7k as I refused to sign papers that said I would not proceed with legal action they held me and my 3 year old son against our will to try n force me to sign papers they threaten to have security touch me I have it on video now I want My whole 7,100 + 3000 for the trauma they caused me and my son I went into full panic mode I was shaking in fear I threaten to call police and they finally let me go after being there 1 hour .
      Nobody should be held against there will
      they should be shut down for selling dangerous vehicles how is it allowed to sell these type of vehicles to the public and legally take thousands of dollars from someone. They also lied to me about the car being a 2014 Nissan even in the contract states 2014 & he wants to lie threw text that he clearly said 2012 when I heard and signed a contract for a 2014. These people are getting away with so much lies and fraud!
      I need to send you guys the videos of them locking us in there auction but I’m not able to upload it. Now he’s claiming to call police on me if I don’t sign those documents for the 500$ Please help me.

      Good day, this auction has sold me 2 vehicles that the catalytic converter was cut out and straight piped. It was first a 2003 Ford Explorer on 9/6/22, I returned this vehicle and traded it in for a 2006 Nissan Maxima that turned out it ALSO had the catalytic converter removed. I returned the cars and am still waiting on my refund of $2450 total. They are wanting me to get another 3rd car from them for the amount they owe me rather than give me my cash back..I am not comfortable getting another car instead of my cash back. I have been scammed twice already. They advertised these cars as good running and intakt vehicles. It seems like they are making money from the scrap of the catalytic converters and then making money again selling them at the auction. Please help. I am out of $2450. Thank you for your services.
