    Date of purchase: 3/1/24 Vehicle returned on tow truck: 3/1/24 Amount paid: $5500 cash Dealer sold me what they said was certified bye there mechanic, no problems existed. Im disputing this sale because I was lied to about the condition of the vehicle. Check engine codes were deleted to hide the saftey of the vehicle. 10 miles after driving off the lot, the vehicle completely shut off on the dangerous roadway. Had to tow it back and all sorts of check engine lights came on. I towed the vehicle back out of my own pocket. Received a ridiculous fee for choosing not to keep this broke down vehicle. That fee was $400 dollars. Dealer was not willing to give me my full refund after vehicle breaking down 30 mins after purchase. I cannot and will not trust this dealership especially after being lied to about the problems that already existed but was hidden bye deleting vehicle trouble codes. This same place has received recent review of the same or similar incident. Very unethical and dishonest business. I just want my full refund back and to warn others to stay away. They hide behind an, As is paperwork.
