      I bought insurance and a package deal for them to help me get my business going and they could not help me at all. The insurance they provided was not what my business needed. I had to cancel and hire someone else to do what they were supposed to and they never refunded my money back. I paid for them to get my insurance and help me re-open my LLC for my company and they could not provide none of the services and I paid. $5659.20 down payment for insurance and $1754.00 for first month of insurance. With IFTA payment for $454.26 and the services they provide $250.94. for a grand Total of $8118.40. We want our money back since their services were not provided. Insurance was never used since they could not get my LLC and Truck state tags in order for me to do business. I have spoken with Adriana and they have also blocked my number and refuse to talk to me. I want my money back its a lot of money and not easy to come by.

      Good morning, 

      Thank you for your email. We never received the first BBB Complaint. I am responding to the complaint regarding CANELAS TRUCKING. The customer requested cancellation on 08/24/2022 Commercial Insurance policies work very differently than regular insurance policies. Commercial insurer's will only insure a client when they receive the funds for the entire year. When we are ready to process the insurance policies we send the invoices to a finance company and they will provide a loan to cover the policy for the year. The California Department of Insurance allows 120 days for the insurance companies to send back funds to the finance company. When the named insured requested a cancellation he was explained the process. However client's don't fully accept the process. He cancelled 8/24/2022 The insurance companies have until 12/24/2022 To process his cancellation. There is nothing I can do about this. It is a DEPT. OF INSURANCE regulation. I have attached the proof that I have been communicating with the carrier's. The insured will have a response before 12/24/2022. Until than the Insurance companies are allowed the time to process the invoices. Below is a exact breakdown of his policy details. I have attached 4 files

      8/04/2022 we received the cancellation email from First Capital ( LIAB/GL
      Policy) (see attached)

      8/05/2022 we received Return Premium Invoices from First Capital(LIAB/GL Policy
      ( see attached)

      8/23/2022 we received an email and a phone call from **************@alicorsolutions.com
      (Breez @ Breez services) demanding a refund. ( see attached email)  We
      explained the process to her as well.

      we requested refund information from First Capital and they advised it takes at
      least  45 days to 3 billing cycles for the process.  ( see attached)



      9/09/2022
      we emailed Aurora General Insurance requesting return premium invoices for the
      CARGO/TI , PD policies. (see attached)



      9/09/2022
      We emailed Cypress the return premium invoices we received and explained the
      situation. ( see attached)



      9/09/2022
      Cypress Funding received Return premium from First Capital.



      9/14/2022
      We received the cancellation Packet & return Premium from Aurora ( Cargo/TI
      Policy)



      9/28/2022
      we received the Cancellation packet & return premium invoice from Aurora (
      PD Policy)



       



      Cypress
      Premium Funding Inc, still waiting on return premiums from AURORA ( PD, Cargo
      & TI policy) to be able to issue Refund.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      Per their response this was never told to me properly. I just want to make sure I receive my money back. I invested a lot of money and don’t want to loose it.
