Purchased a 2018 *** ***** 5, at an as is auction. I paid $4600.00 for the car.On my way home the maintenance light came on and later the check engine light came on also. I thought that I just needed to have the car checked out and maybe an oli change. The car was running kind of rough. Next day had the oil changed, car still running rough so I took it to have it checked out. I was told it needed a new engine. Had a second opinion done and was told the same thing and that whoever sold me the car had to know it needed an engine. Contacted Auction Liquidators and was told that they are third party sellers and that couldn't or wouldn't give me any information on the owner/owners of the car. I was told that *** new of the engine problems and the would replace the engine. Contacted *** and was told that because my car was over ******* miles I was not eligible for the replacement. So here I am with this lemon that no one wants to claim and think this is so unfair that I am out $4600 that I paid for the car and approximately an additional $400 to have the car checked out. It does seem fair that because the car is as is that they can sell a car that they know is defective and they don't have to me a heads up. They get my money and I get nothing in return. I am out of $5000 with nothing to show for it. Please help.

They gave false information on a vehicle and tampered with the mileage information and check engine light and was very rude when I asked to speak with Corporate. Told me they would give me the information for corporate and never give me the information or call me back with a resolution. They also gave me the incorrect VIN

Auction business sells cars as is but are not. A vehicle sold to me as is had no check engine light on but when driven off the lot after 80 miles the a check engine light comes on. This can simple be cleared by unhooking the battery from the vehicle so meaning the car sold id not as is

On 6/2/24 I attended an auction at Auction Liquidators, in *********, ********** in hopes of purchasing a vehicle. I did win a bid for $2800. 1st red flag, they changed the price of the bid to $3000. When I brought it to their attention they said I would have to wait to the end of the auction to review the cameras. 2nd red flag, auction ended and auctioneer did not want to review the camera, I informed him his co-worker did say the cameras could be reviewed at the end of the auction. I paid $2800 for the auction and $200 for a warranty and a $400 deposit on top of the winning bid of 2800 for a total of $3600. Go to leave the auction the vehicle malfunctions and will not move when accelerator is pushed to the floor, the vehicle is not able to leave the lot. I'm told a mechanic will be in to look at it the next day and someone would call me. I never recieved a call. I called back several times and was finally told because the vehicle is inoperable a refund would be issued once approved from the corporate office. 1 month later I had not received my refund and still have no car. I decided to file a small claims suit against the company, as it was very clear they have no intentions of returning my $3400. Therefore I have no car and no money.

I purchased a vehicle from them only to find out I could do nothing with it because it had lein sale with the bank.I was told it was a clean title and they would have it in the office for me to pick up within 45 days of the sale well that was in October of 2023.So I can't put the vehicle in my name or sell it so I'm basically stuck with a car that just sits in my driveway.I feel I should be given back my money and they can have their bank owned car back

I purchase an 2007 Audi Q7 for $2920, the vehicle was not operable at the time of purchase so it was towed to an auto mechanic to inspection and repair. Which cost another *****. The Audi Q7 was impounded from the mechanic shop for having fraudulent license plate. I attempted to get the vehicle released from the impounded but the DMV clerk informed me that the vehicle had two leans and could not be registered. The only way the car can be released from the impound is after its registered with the **** I repeatedly explained to Auction Liquidators that they sold me a vehicle that had two leans and fraudulent plates. Kerna *** the Manager would not accept my calls and the staff are screening my calls. They refused to issue me a refund or provide me with a similar vehicle.
