    i had my daughter treated at Cranial Technologies in ***********. I was told by the office that my treatment was covered. I was then asked for additional information from insurance. After time I received a call regarding a balance which I clarified. I the. responded in email and never got a reaponse back. Months later I get reported to creditors. I go back to Cranial Technologies and request copies of the communications they sent me or the voice mails since I dont have a record of them. I requested a breakdown of the charges and copies of the submission to insurance. I was told We do not provide copies of any of that To be honest I find it appalling that a business lacks that transparency. I have had to pay but the fact that not even a breakdown of the expenses provided to me is against basic business ethics. I *** asked for the name of the CEO so I can speak personally to the person and it is not even confirmed. I have requested a resubmission to Insurance since that was an issue, the company agreed and next day I get a collections letter. Then I requested both people in copy that we allow the time for the claim to have a decision and then I am told that I have to deal with the creditors about that. I simply see a massive lack of business ethics. I will have to pay my balance without any i formation or else it damages my credit. I was a perfectly fine customer with my first ***** and I dont know what has happened this time around but its truly concerning that businesses are allowed to act like this. It is not proper business ethics whether its mismanaging communication, not providing breakdowns, not providing copies of communications, etc Very sad
