    NO ******* STAR!! (But because I have to) First Choice Property Management is the ******* worst company!! I was told on May 31st at 5:01pm (they close at 5:00pm) by TEXT MESSAGE that I couldn’t move in THE NEXT DAY (June 1st) because THEY never sent me an addendum, that had to be signed. I had to wait until about 12 noon before it was sent to me. Destiny is the ***** that was “letting meknow” what was going on. She is the one that sent me the text message at 5:01pm by text, the night before… complete **** ****
    Then… the drama continues…
    There are many palm trees on the property and when one of the palm leafs fell and hit my windshield and broke it, FIRST CHOICE was more than bothered to have to deal with it. They said it was an “Act of God”. It took 3 weeks for anyone to come out and look at the property, rightly before Hurricane Hilary hit So Cal. Still nothing has been done about the palms. Dale B***** (a manager, of some sort)… **** ** * **** (worthless) No one gives a **** at this company and I have the emailS to prove it. Find any other management company and Do Not rent from these **********!

    Please understand, this is an unusual circumstance. This tenant is a new tenant applying to replace a tenant that broke the lease and moved out. The remaining tenant did not want to move, so he found a new tenant. This is not a normal situation, this applicant applied and was approved but was taking the place of another tenant to a lease that was already been executed, so an addendum had to be created to accommodate the new tenant into an already executed lease. The tenant was able to move in on the day she had requested. As for the windshield, the tenant sends us a photo of her broken windshield and a photo of a palm prawn laying on the ground. Stating the prawn broken her windshield and demanding the owner buy her a windshield. Yes, this is what is called an "Act of God" and is exactly what insurance is for. As a show of good faith, we agreed credited her ledger the cost of her deductible once a receipt has been provided. This is more than what is required. As for her request to trim the palms trees? The process was explained, we are a management company, we do not just have an open check book to process any request a tenant may make. We have to get estimates, provide them to the owner, wait for an owner's response, then if it is approved. The work has to be scheduled. This process is in queue. Tenant will be notified with an update once we have approval, and the work has been scheduled. As for emails, these can be forwarded to me at **************. If anyone would like a copy of the text thread confirming this information, feel free to email me also. Please also keep in mind our contract is with the owner and we are here to help the owner and the tenant, but our fiduciary duty is to the owner. We have managed this property for rover 12 years, owners do not stay with a management company for 12 years that is not preforming. Signed

    After having a tuff time with the last property management company in Moreno Valley (Management One), I decided to manage my properties.
    After a couple of years of managing my properties and having the worst time dealing with issues such as screening new tenants, and collecting rent from tenants that are not willing to pay their rent on time, I decided to work with a new and local property management company.
    I did my research and found First Choice Property Management in Riverside County. Dale B***** is a real deal; he is very knowledgeable when it comes to property management and how to deal with the entire process.
    He and his team at First Choice Property Management have been helping me right after I signed up the contract with them. They started to communicate with my tenants. They managed all the paper works properly. When I need something, they respond on the same day.
    If you are a landlord, homeowner, or own rental properties in Riverside County and you looking for peace of mind, First Choice Property Management is the answer.
