I have shipped three cars with this company, two from CA to the **********************, and one back to **. Their service is excellent, ******** and ******** are thorough, keeping you in the loop before, during, and after shipping of the vehicle. I had absolutely no damage to any of my vehicles, and they were also cheaper than any other vehicle service I checked with. The drivers who picked up the cars were very professional and friendly, and got the cars there on schedule each time. My experience with this company has been excellent. Thanks ******** and ********!

5 starsAbsolutely an amazing experience! I was extremely nervous having my classic car shipped all the way from ************ to ********** and researched several companies. Upon a trusted recommendation from a neighbor, I chose Ship Car 24. From start to finish, customer service was excellent. ******** was professional, helpful, and accommodating, she really went the extra mile for me. The delivery driver, ******, also showed great care and expertise when delivering my car, and even delivered it a day earlier than quoted. The representatives were very helpful and communication was outstanding and pickup and deliver was also smother than expected. 5 starsMy wife and I had a great experience with ShipCar24! This was our first time shipping a car and our move was fairly sudden, so we only had a 2-3 day window to plan. I was a little nervous about shipping our car and worried that I would pick the wrong company. ShipCar24 was a tad more expensive than the other quotes that I received, but they allowed us to ship up to 100 pounds of (hidden) cargo in our car, which was significantly more than any of the other companies that we reached out to. This ended up saving us considerable time, energy, and money with our move.More importantly, the customer service was top notch. **** was our primary point of contact, and she was incredibly responsive via phone and text. As I mentioned above, our window to ship was really tight, as I was only in town for a few days, but **** worked her magic and facilitated a pick-up despite very poor weather conditions the week that we needed our car shipped. **** linked us with our driver, who was also very good about communicating. We are in ************* and met our ************************, in an easy-to-access, well-lit area near the freeway (our neighborhood could not support a huge carrier truck, nor can most neighborhoods in SF!). The process was surprisingly easy and our car made it from SF to CT in about five days.One minor quibble: we didn't feel comfortable paying in full up-front (which ShipCar24 was completely fine with), so we paid on delivery. Unfortunately, we had to pay via cashier's check or cash, which wasn't especially convenient, but it all worked out and it was a minor nuisance in an otherwise flawless process!Review fromCarol T
