      On 1/23/2023 I was going through the QuickQuack Car wash located at *******************************************************************. A vehicle in front of me got off the track and was trapped. My car was completely covered in soap so I was unable to see out of all windows. The car wash attendants did not pay attention to the trapped vehicle, therefore my vehicle was pushed by the equipment into the trapped vehicle causing damage to my vehicle. I honked as my vehicle was pushed over and over again into the trapped vehicle causing further damage until I captured the attention of the attendants who then stopped the car wash. They came to my aid and began the process of un-trapping the other vehicle so we could both exit the car wash. We pulled over and instantly filed an incident report with QuickQuack car wash - Incident# ******. I also called ********************* and filed a police report. I worked closely with ********************* ************** ************************* (Manager of quick quack) who accepted liability of the situation and advised she would provide restitution for the damage their equipment provided to my vehicle. I followed up over 40 separate times via text message, multiple emails, phone calls to no avail. ********************* advised there was multiple checks that were lost in the mail, checks that needed to be re-issued, checks that would be delivered to me personally - none of them ever arriving. It has been a year that I have been working on this with multiple hours and hours of my time spent trying to make contact with QuickQuack Car Wash to get restitution and settle this incident. I still have $3,047.14 of damage to my vehicle.

      They charge ***** for their car wash special and they refuse to give the 1 cent back because they stated it is their company policy not to give out change only bills. BUT if I gave them ***** for the wash, I would not be able to go through because I didn't pay in full. So, the ***** matters to them, but they say it doesn't matter to the customer. They do not have signage stating their company policy about not giving out change due to customers and I do not think it is fair. If they do not want to give out coins and only bills they should raise all their prices 1 cent to avoid this dilemma. I don't know the law but it doesn't sound legal. They also said - so why was I so demanding for a ***** - it isn't worth anything. I don't agree.

      On March 12th evening I took my vehicle through there wash and the wash malfunctioned and my vehicle stopped mid way though the wash and the vehicle wash made a loud grinding sound and my vehicle bounced up and and down against the track. On March 13th morning I saw the damage to my vehicle and noticed my alignment was off as well when driving. I called and the told me to go back to the location and file an incident report. I went in and filed the report, they told me they would call me in 3 days. It has now been 23 days. I call their corporate office every few days and they tell me someone will call me back no one ever does. My vehicle has $750 in body (bumper) damage and needs an alignment for $120 and they are avoiding me and will not call me back. I talked to **** on the phone from their corporate HQ and he claims a "***********************" will call me back but no one has ever called me to resolve the issue.

      Hello **** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim. Our store leader did try to reach you on the phone but was not able to connect with you, so they sent you an email to the address provided with the decision for your claim on 3/23. Unfortunately, your claim was denied because the footage does show that the driver of your vehicle is seen towards the end of the wash leaning into the backseat of his car causing the steering wheel to turn and the tire to turn into the tire shine. Your vehicle was then unable to roll forward so the rollers went under your back wheel, causing the vehicle to roll back a little in the wash. You claimed that this damaged your alignment; however, because the incident was caused by driver error and not by the wash we cannot accept responsibility for this claim.

      Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case causing this incident. The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.  We wish you the best.

      I had my rear wiper torn off my vehicle in the Quick Quack car wash on ************** in ******* on December 29th, 2023. I was told I would be contacted within 3 days. It has now been over three months and I still have not been contacted. I have called and emailed the company multiple times and have been told each time that I would be escalated to management and contacted in 3 days. This has not happened. I would like for them to contact me to repair my rear wiper.

      I started using quick quack years ago. I jumped on their unlimited plan when they first came out with it and have been a loyal customer for years. So loyal that even when their wash messed up one of my cars on the roof I didnt pursue it any further when all the manager told me was well we can give you some free washes. I let that go and a couple years later to now I was told that for unlimited plan for two cars would be a only $10 more which eventually ended up being $20 more so I asked them to take the extra car off. Couple months later I realized they were still charging me ***** pulled up asked the manager to take the one car off and he said ok will do. Fast forward another month still charged ***** . Once again pull up to the was and tell them I dont bring that other car here anymore please take it off so this guy tried to do it on his tablet and it wouldnt let him take it off he said Im sorry Ill leave a note for manager to contact corporate. Month later still being charged *****. At this point I dont even own the second car and have been charged for it for 3-4 months. My in store records will reflect this. This time guy went through on his tablet said yeah its freezing right here I cant take this car off so I said well cancel the whole membership for both cars. So he tried that it wouldnt let him. So he said heres a number to call they can handle it. I attempted calling and Id choose cancellation and at a certain point call kept disconnecting. The *************** said sorry its not working let me wash your car with the ceramic wash as apology. Month later charged ***** so because of lack of effort on quick quacks part I finally just disputed it with my bank. Which oddly enough failed cause I did say they could debit my card monthly but they never could cancel it. Today I finally got ahold of someone and they could care less that they have stolen hundreds of dollars from me. They said its cancelled but once again was charged recently.

      Hello ***** - we apologize for any issue you have had with your cancellation.  When every account is created, every customer signs the terms and conditions, including our cancellation instructions and policies.  We also immediately send a welcome email with the renewal date, the renewal price, and a link to these terms for reference.  These terms are available for viewing on our website.  We do everything possible to be clear with our customers regarding our policies. 

      As it states in the terms and conditions: "5.2 You can cancel Services (including removing a vehicle from a Flock Pricing plan) at any time. When you cancel, you are solely responsible for properly canceling the Services. You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************."   We apologize for any misunderstanding you experienced in relation to your cancellation.

      Our ************* team first received your request to cancel on April 2, 2024, after a dispute had already been filed with your credit card provider regarding the charges. At that time, our representative explained that when a dispute is active, we are unable to issue a refund directly. This is to prevent duplicate refunds in the event the dispute is approved by your credit card company.
      We understand how this may have been frustrating and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused.

      I canceled my membership with them by phone and e-mail. I canceled on 8-5-2023. I have been charged $55.99 on the following dates. 8-16-23, 9-18-23, 10-17-23, 11-17-23, 12-18-23 and 1-17-24. I got a one time only refund for one month not for all 6 months. I have called a couple times for a resolution . No help from the customer service line.

      We apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience.  We understand how frustrating billing issues can be and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
      After thoroughly reviewing our records, we found no phone calls, emails, or other communications from you in August 2023 regarding a membership cancellation.  Our customer care team did their best to investigate this situation including attempting to find contact from the you with different phone numbers and emails. Our system logs all inbound messages and calls, and the first contact we received from you was on February 27, 2024, via our online contact form, at which time you requested to cancel and asked about a refund.
      Because we did not receive a cancellation request prior to that date, your membership remained active and continued to renew monthly as outlined in the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of sign-up. That said, we did issue a one-time courtesy refund for one month to acknowledge your concern, even though the charges were valid under our policy.
      Our membership termsincluding cancellation instructionsare clearly provided at sign-up, in the welcome email, and on our website. As stated:
      You may cancel the Services by giving notice at least ten (10) days prior to the renewal date of your Services by email at *********************** or by phone at ************.
      We do our best to be transparent and make cancellation simple, but it is ultimately the customers responsibility to follow the process outlined in the agreement.
      We sincerely regret any confusion and thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.

      Hello ***** - We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience.  Unfortunately, the marks on your vehicle that are shown in your picture on this complaint are not consistent with anything that could have been caused by our wraps.   The picture shows thick horizontal scratches on the hood of your vehicle.  In this area of the vehicle our wraps only move in a vertical pattern making it impossible to cause horizontal damage.  In addition to this, at Quick Quack, we use the latest technology and a brushless system utilizing a combination of soft-cloth and neoprene foam (scuba suit material) in order to be safer on your cars finish. In the rare case that wraps in the wash were to damage a vehicle, the pattern of damage would be expected to follow very specific patterns matching the motion and action of the equipment used. In the rare case of damage, it would appear as short repeating linear marks along the full length of the vehicle along the path of the wrap. Unfortunately, the damage on your vehicle was not consistent with how our wraps move along the vehicle.  We apologize for any frustration, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash.

      Car damaged on both sides scratches. From front to back.window stripping on windshield damaged..Got it fixed because it rained next day.       We thoroughly investigated your claim from October 26, 2023, regarding scratches and damage to your 2020 NV3500. Our team assessed your vehicle at the time of the incident and reviewed vehicles that were directly before and after yours in the wash tunnel. No other damages were reported or observed, and the scratches and dents you pointed out did not align with our equipment or tunnel operation. Based on this, we were unable to confirm that the reported damage occurred at our facility.
      As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to reimburse you $50 for the windshield molding repair, which was the only issue potentially consistent with car wash contact. Our records indicate that a check was issued but later declined by you due to disagreement over the reimbursement amount.
      We understand your continued efforts to follow up and your disappointment in how communication has been handled. While we strive to provide prompt and professional service, the decision on this matter was made after a complete review and has been clearly communicated. At this time, the incident has been closed, and no further compensation is being offered as the additional damage claimed was not caused by our wash.

      Quick Quack car wash broke the driver's side mirror on my car and is refusing to repair it. When I left my house to drive to the car wash, the mirror was working perfectly. After driving through the car wash, I parked in the vacuum area and vacuumed my car. When I got back in the car to back out, I noticed my driver's side mirror was tilted at an odd angle. I adjusted it from the power window adjustment button in my car. When I put the car in reverse, the windows are supposed to tilt down so I can see the curb. This, however, did not happen with my driver's side mirror. I spoke to the manager, ********* and filed a complaint. She said she would need to watch video footage from inside the car wash to see where the car wash touched my car. She emailed me a few days later and said she could not see anything on the videos that would suggest the car wash damaged my car. My car is a Lexus and the cost to fix the mirror is $1500.00 plus tax. I called the company's 800 number and said I was not satisfied with their answer. They said they would file another complaint and get back to me. As of yet, I have received no response from them. I feel that I am simply being dismissed by the company. The mirror was in perfect working order upon entering the car wash and was not working after exiting the car wash.

      Following your report, our store leadership team conducted a detailed review of your visit. Video footage confirms that all wash components, including our mirror bump featuredesigned to allow brushes to move away from side mirrors to avoid contactwere functioning correctly during your wash. There were no signs of malfunction or error in our equipment that would have caused or contributed to the reported damage.
      The issue described appears to relate to the internal mechanics of the side mirror. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to verify the condition or functionality of the mirror prior to your arrival. In the absence of any supporting evidence linking the damage directly to the car wash, we have concluded that the wash did not cause the issue.
      We also reviewed incident logs and wash activity from the date in question. A substantial number of vehicles were processed both before and after your visit, with no other reports of similar damage. This further supports our determination that the equipment was operating as designed.
      To support a claim for damages, there must be clear evidence that Quick Quack Car Wash failed to use reasonable care, resulting in damage. At this time, there is no indication of such negligence on our part. Therefore, based on the investigation and lack of supporting evidence, we are unable to accept liability for the damage to your mirror.
      We understand this outcome may be disappointing, and we sincerely regret any frustration this situation has caused. Please be assured that we took your complaint seriously and conducted a thorough review before reaching this final decision.

      On March 10 2024 at 245pm. I went to quick quack car wash. It was my first time here. The single was was ***** or you can purchase a membership for *****. I purchased the membership for *****. I figured as it's ***** for a single wash it should be a very good car wash. I was wrong. It left soapy suds all over the car, my front window is stained from the soap. It does not come off at all. The vaccums have absolutely no suction. I went to let the worker know I would like to cancel the membership. And I had asked for a refund. He stated they don't give refunds. I called the 800 number and was told the same thing. That in order to get a refund I shouldn't have put the car through the car wash and that the vaccums are not part of the membership that they are only leisure. I told the lady on the phone if I would have known that it would have done this to my car that I wouldn't even have purchased a wash. And they still refused to give me a refund. My car looks just the way I took it before rhe wash even worse with soap stains. I am requesting a refund for the membership price of *****.

      On March 10th, you enrolled in our Good Membership at $19.99/month, which includes a basic wash and dry. The $29.99/month membership you referenced is for our Best Wash, which includes premium features such as triple foam soap, waxes, protectants and tire shine. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the level of service included with your membership.
      While our vacuum stations are complimentary and not part of our listed services, we do strive to keep them in good working order and appreciate feedback when they fall short.
      We understand you were not satisfied with the wash result. Please know that any customer regardless of membership level is always welcome to go through the wash again if their vehicle isnt clean to their satisfaction. Our team is happy to assist on-site to make things right.
      As noted by our support team, your membership was successfully canceled per your request and a confirmation of that was sent to you. Since the wash was used, it falls under our policy of non-refundable usage. However, your membership remained active through 4/10/24, allowing you to continue washing during that period.  Our support team also sent you this information in your cancellation email.
