Went for a car wash and during the wash the tracks were very jerky. The truck being me rammed my car. I told the manager I would be filing a claim to my insurance and I let the driver know. I filled a claim with my insurance and they informed me I should file a claim with the drivers insurance, I did and they viewed the car washes video footage and informed me that it was indeed the car washes tracks were jerking and cause the accident. I talked to someone at quick quack and they will not take responsibility. They have the worst customer service in the world.Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ****** - we apologize for any frustration you have experienced. To clarify, there was no malfunction of our track during your wash. This incident was caused because the truck behind you engaged their vehicle and placed it in drive during the wash causing them to rear-end your vehicle. This incident was caused by driver negligence and like a normal traffic accident, the driver who caused the incident is responsible for all damages. Our store leader has been in contact with **************, who was the point of contact on your claim, on multiple occasions to discuss this claim. We have provided the insurance companies with the footage and all the information necessary to hold the correct party responsible. Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case when the other driver placed their vehicle in drive, causing this incident. The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash. 1 starOn 4/16/24 I happen to stop by and use the Quick Quack Car Wash in ********, ** and purchased the ceramic and tire shine of a one time package. I enter the car wash and towards the end above is the windshield brush made contact with force coming down and some how wrapped around the passenger windshield wiper and pulled and snapping the arm inside the mechanism. I pull around and filed a report. Also noticed I didnt receive tire shine as I paid for. I received an email stating there wasnt anything wrong with the car wash. My car is over 5 years old and they will not repair the broken windshield wiper because that is their policy. Im really disappointed as being a member with another vehicle as the company wont make things right will now be looking for a new car wash.Review fromZaed I

I loved this wash, until I came to a new location. I have a 2023 ****** Tacoma that I bought brand new. The was always would shove the mirrors back and forth with the spinning drums. At a new location, I went through and it slammed the mirror to the front causing it to break the pivot mechanism. It is a $1000 part and I got no help with the breakage claims they offer on newer cars. I am well under that requirement as my truck is brand new. I expected to hear better news from such a large company, but they clearly do not care. They want to sell you a membership. I would appreciate a replacement mirror.Quick Quack Car Wash

************** with deceptive pricing. Bait-and-switch tactics plus a refusal to let you cancel. Imagine a gym membership that you never use, except it's for your car and the manager keeps ignoring your calls and so he keeps your account on the payroll. That's Quick Quack. I went in for a "free" carwash. Turns out they sell you on one of their monthly deals for an introductory price for the first price. They sell you on all of their plans before acquiescing to the free basic wash they advertised. Fair enough. I figured I'd bite. Bad idea. The first wash was impressive visually, in that it felt cool to be in it. It was a fun experience. However, the rear end of my car was still dusty. Figuring it was a fluke, I took my car in again a couple of weeks later. Again, the rear end remained dusty. By the way, I was on the premium "ceramic wash" plan. Apparently their machines can't quite get that full coverage.I attempted to cancel my membership. They don't let you do that. You can't go into your profile and cancel. You have to select "request cancel" on their website, as if you have to ask permission to keep your own money. That is unambiguously illegal. Anyway, after "requesting" a cancellation within the first month, I was nevertheless charged again this month. It has been almost a week since I "requested" to cancel, and I have received no communication.I was naive for getting suckered into the "free" carwash. That's on me. The garbage wash quality and illegal moves to keep siphoning money from me is on them.Avoid Quick Quack like you would an ex-girlfriend. Also, just going to write this here now. Whatever reply Quick Quack comes up with is merely to save face. It's not genuine or accurate. The company lacks integrity, and that is not going to change.Quick Quack Car Wash

Hello ***** - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience. We do host free wash days periodically at our locations and always at our grand openings. No purchase is required on these wash days. Our team will of course explain our services and offer any promotions we have available, but purchase is not required and you can simply decline and proceed with the free wash. It is not a bait and switch tactic as there is no purchase required for the wash at all. We apologize if you felt otherwise.
We offer several options to our customers for cancellation. You can cancel your account immediately through your MyQQ app or by calling customer care at ************. They are open 7 days a week from 6 am - 7 pm PST to assist you and cancellations are immediate with an email confirmation. You can also submit an online request through our "Support" tab on our website or send an email directly to customer care at ***********************. Both of these options submit a ticket with your request to customer care and they will proceed with the cancellation once the ticket is reached and send a confirmation email. This method does take longer as we get a high volume of tickets at times which could cause a delay. We apologize for any delay you have experienced.
We did send your concern and email to our customer service supervisor and they were able to locate your email in our ticketing system and did cancel your account and send a cancellation email. I went to this location on a Monday to have my car washed as I often do. The sign said 50% off and I had my car washed. Later that evening my bank notification showed a $25.99 charge. The next day I stopped by to get a refund or credit as I was sure this would not be an issue. Much to my surprise, the manager not only told me that he wouldn't give me a refund but said how could I expect anything after 24 hours and people tried to "get over on them" all the time....WOW. That is customer service at its worst. I am sure that covering himself for not changing the sign was a priority but to insinuate that I was stealing $15 for a car wash is ridiculous.Quick Quack Car Wash

My car now has to be hand washed because whatever it is they use in their machines left colored spots all over my car. They were unconcerned and told me it needed to be hand washed and they dont do that even though they were the ones that caused it.Quick Quack Car Wash

I think this is ridiculous I have been there 4 times in the last 6 months . I have been a member for over 5 years and for the past 6 months the vacuums have not worked . Then they did get vacuums up and working but only have 3 available! I feel I have paid enough money and have been patient enough and dont feel I should go way out of my way to go to one that is better managed !!!Quick Quack Car Wash
