      i was not allowed to purchase a single wash. Only received a continual hard sell on the monthly wash package. i had to back out of the wash line. avoid this business.

      Hello **** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience and for any misunderstanding that occurred.  We sell single washes everyday to our customers.  We appreciate you as a customer. We want every customer to have the same great experience every time. Which includes offering the membership every time. When coming in if you just let my Team Member know that you just want a single wash. They will be happy to assist you. If they do offer the membership to you and you arent interested, I ask that you politely decline as they are just doing their job. I apologize for any inconvenience. We focus on Memberships because they are the best deal that we have. If you come in more than once a month it is cheaper than buying single washes. We hope to keep you as a customer and truly do appreciate your business.  Our store leader would be love an opportunity to reach out directly for more information so they can look into this and properly address any concerns or issues - please send your phone number, license plate, and which location this occurred at to ****************************** and we will have the correct store leader reach out directly.

      very poorly ran company. They damaged my vehicle and refuse to repair it. after many call to their corprate office to get this resolved the regional and director of opperations will not return my calls. will never deal with them again.

      Hello **** -  we apologize for any frustration you have experienced. Our store leader did speak with your wife who was the driver of the vehicle during this incident.  As we explained - this incident was not caused by the wash.  It was caused because the other vehicle engaged their vehicle in the wash.  Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case causing this incident.  The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error.  The driver who failed to follow the safety rules is at fault for all damages. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash. Our store leader has informed your wife that we will provide all necessary information to your insurance company to hold the appropriate party responsible and help in any way possible.  We apologize for any frustration this situation has caused you.

      They refuse to cancel accounts and keep charging monthly fees for months after you request cancellation. They are hostile, adversarial and smug, knowing there is nothing you can do to get your money back.

      Hello ******* - We apologize that you have had this experience.  Accounts can be cancelled by contacting customer service at ************, on your MyQQ app, or by submitting a request online or to ***********************.  Online requests are completed and sent a confirmation email within 48 hours.  Cancellations done with customer service are immediate and a follow up confirmation email is sent.  **************** is open 7 days a week from 6 am- 7 pm PST.  We would love an opportunity to reach out directly for more information and investigate any issue you have been having with your cancellation.  Please send your phone number and license plate to ****************************** and we will have a customer service agent reach out ASAP to assist you.

      I dont know of better commercial car wash. I have been using it regularly after coming back from ski trips in the Sierras. ************ vacuum is great too. I specially like the location at ************** Blvd exit from I-80, it is less crowded, is in good part of the town and seems fairly new.

      On New Years Eve I had my car washed at the **** on Exposition Blvd. The *** in front of me went off the rails and my car ran into her and the car behind me ran into me. I had to honk my horn several times before one of their incompetent employees turned the machine off (where are the safety features). After exiting the car wash, I was met by an employee who took my statement as well as pictures of my car. I specifically asked her if I had to get information from the *** that was in front of me who caused the damage and she said, NO, my manager will handle everything as it is obvious it was the fault of the person in front of you. The employee told me that Q. Q. would handle all issues and a manager would contact me within 2 days. Well low and behold I was NEVER contacted so I had to contact their home office on January 4th to see why I had NOT been contacted. On January 5th, I received an email from *************************** stating in so many words that it was not Q. Q's fault because the person in front of me turned her wheel causing her *** to come off the tracks, so I need to contact my ins. *** for the damages.My issue with **** is first, if your incompetent employee would not have given me the incorrect information and had me get the other ladies insurance information, my insurance company would not have to **** her down a week later and try to obtain information that she is not willing to give. EVERYONE BE AWARE, if your car is damaged at Q.Q due to another vehicle while in their car wash YOU ARE liable for ANY damages occurred.

      They really do t deserve any stars. I have had my membership for about 3 years. Never complained about the vacuums not working. I have $80k Infiniti truck that I bought brand new and have paid off. The car wash broke my side mirror and they said because its a 2012 that they wont repair it and denied the claim. The worker told me their machines were malfunctioning because of the electrical issues. I am cancelling my membership and I am spreading the word. I am on my 5th Infiniti truck because I was trading them for a new one each year and I have proudly finally paid this one off. My truck still looks brand new. I pay $50 plus a month for 2 vehicles.

      BEWARE: January 1 **** billing showed my account being upgraded to top tier without my permission and no notification. I called in and got it adjusted back but seems pretty sketchy. I have been member for going on 4 years and all I have seen is an increase in price with no added value. Just paying for convenience at this point because location is close to my home.

      Thanks, ******. Quick quack has a new car wash an ************ first month has some good specials. The first month for your main car is only $10 for the $35 car wash. You can also add a second car for the first month for $10 as well. Its a great deal.

      The worst Quick Quack experience ever, was vacuuming and drying my truck as their dryers do not work at all.. water all over windows and car had to always dry them by hand .. this instance there was some paper clippings from a shreder all over my truck bed That I was using the vacuum to removed them .. The attendant or Manager came out and accused me of aspirating water I said I was just picking up the paper shreds, he proceeded to harras me by watching every move I made, worst experience ever felt threaten and harrased, don't go to this quick quack if you want your car clean. I had been with them on a membership all together at least 3 years Ihave now cancelled it and gone to a better place where Im treated with respect and the price is even better.in case is not clear the store in question is the watt/ arden avenue location in Sacramento **********.

      Hello ****** - we apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience; however, water will severely damage our vacuum system and prevent other customers from being able to use them while we arrange for repair.  Our store leader approached you and asked you to stop vacuuming the wet paper shreds in the bed of your truck because the truck bed still had a lot of water and it was being vacuumed up as well.  Our store leader explained that this would damage the system and did not threaten or harass you.  He did let you know that we could not allow the vacuum system to be damaged by these actions.  We're sorry that this situation resulted in a negative experience for you, but we must do everything we can to protect and maintain our equipment so that it is available for all of our customers and we cannot allow a customer to do something that will damage the system.

      I have tried, unsuccessfully, for the past 2 months to cancel our monthly subscription to no avail. I called the ********** store 3 times. I called the corporate office and they stated they would have the manager of the Marysville store call me and they never did. I finally had to contact my bank and have the charge disputed. I will NEVER sign up with them again for a monthly charge. If anything I will just pay as I go.
