    On 7-12-22 I sent a legal size envelope to ******. It contained three papers. The woman at the counter weighed it said it was one dollar to insure and was charging me about $26.00. When I told her I wanted to track it she tore the receipt then printed another and it was $125.96 dollars. Said it was expensive since I was paying the international fees. I sent the envelope via ************* but Postal Annex is a mailing place with this service.The delivery person said I had refused to pay the international fees and my sister had to pay $1320.36 pesos ($64.85 dollars) to get it. The manager at PA would not explain the charges, only said they had nothing to do with it. That they weigh the package and the sticker prints with the amount. ***** representative, *****, at ***** Ship Center on ********************** said they should have charged about $26.00 at most $70.00 if ever that. I showed her copies of the receipts and papers on the envelope. They were not filled out right and the wrong amount was placed therefore giving the international fee to be set very high. Said the amount should have been ZERO not $300. The receipt to send did not explain the charges at all. According to ***** she has assisted other customers with complains of overcharges by the Postal Annex. I went back and spoke with a woman that goes by the name of *****, the manager, and claimed she did nothing wrong. Would again, not explain the charges. They are overcharging customers and getting away with it.Also, on 7-12-22. The place was a total mess, it was about 105 outside. The door was wide open, the lights turned off, the ** clearly not on and her worker was sweating it out.

    First off, we are Postal Annex a third party to ****** We cannot charge the same as ******  As for international rates we have no control of those, they are preset in the carrier system. That's why we ship through and give you the best option/rate. As for the tax in other parts of the world we have no control to determine their rates. That's based on the country you send to.
    For the temp and worker's the air was on and employees all comfy and happy the store was clean and boxes ready a to ship.
    We never force someone to use our business there's always a choice to shop around.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have not gotten a response  from the business in order to accept or decline.  The I don't know answer from them has not been satisfactory.  I feel it's a fraudulent business if they refuse to accept accountability for the charges or explain them. ***** clearly states it is an overcharge and the forms were not filled out correctly which lead to the huge charges for International fees.  They need to accept wrong doing and reimburse my money.
