Here is the email I sent them recently after going back and forth with them on a speaker I purchased from the website. The product was $500 and lasted 13 months."Good morning, I have tried reaching out to you guys over the phone for a couple of days now and do not expect hearing back from you. I have a couple of questions that I would like for you to clear up with me. Since I spent a few thousand dollars with you in the last year and a half, you are telling me that you will not send me a shipping label to return this faulty product back to you so you can repair it without charging me an additional $99?I purchase these speakers customized so I can display them around the city of Topeka at Liquor Stores as display enhancers. I was planning on continuing to do this for many years to come but you guys are telling me that you are okay with losing my business where I spend thousands of dollars each year?I purchased my speaker directly from the warehouse, kept it indoors, and only used this product ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ But after sending all of this in, your company's only intention was to look for the warranty date to find out that it is a month and a half past the period. You guys wont even pay for the shipping label and repair the speaker so you can hopefully not run into this issue again for future products?Since you guys will not repair my speaker, can you guys at least send me ideas on how I can repair it?If you were to spend $500 on a speaker and it broke after a year and 2 months, would you be okay with spending an additional $99 to potentially have it break on you again in less than a year?Why is it when I look up reviews online, I find multiple claims that are similar speaker issues as mine and you guys have not fixed your product?"Initial Complaint

November 10th I ordered a mystery remixx boom box. It said mystery but only advertised 6 colors total. The full retail price of the unit is $299 but only the mystery one was 50% off. The unit was delivered November 15th and on the outside of the box it showed ****** limited edition. Never anywhere was ****** advertised and to this day it's still not advertised when you click on this particular boombox " Remixx". The company gave false advertisement and refuses to exchange the device. Their policy states a restocking fee but they won't even offer that. I have the unit unopened and want something that my son can use which of the 6 colors any would have been fine but they weren't on sale at the time. While the unit was in transit the new promotion now has any of the colors on sale for the price I paid. I called into customer service nobody was willing to assist and then I got sent to the receptionist ******* who didn't want to hear anything and said this is a final sale too bad so sad. I attempted to explain to her that had all the options advertised that would be a correct representation. She declined any reasoning or care for customer service. She then said, if you want to return the device you will have to exchange for full retail. I asked if she understood what she was saying and that her idea of customer service was putting me in a worse predicament because she wanted me to return one unit and pay $300 but the website has them on sale where If that was the case I would just go purchase the color I want and have 2 units. She didn't care to comprehend. I asked specifically when I would receive a call back from the manager ******* and she said she would only reply to me via email. I was adamant about a return phone call although she said there would be no accommodations. Had the promotion shown ALL possible options I would have NEVER purchased this device but it's clear here in the picture it says see all ***6*** options. June 21, 2024 I bought 2 ultra speakers and it got shipped to the wrong address and the package was not found. The customer service manager was not helpful and she didnt take the responsibility of it being shipped to the wrong address. She gave a a few options and Im very unsatisfied with the help that been given to me. I tried to ask for and upgraded on one of my speakers. And she only shipped me one speaker and nothing else please help me solve this matter.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Bump Box for my daughter with a 9 month subscription around the end of may. Confirmation 52V3-J88R-5J9U-Q4Q6. She never received this. I contacted them in the beginning of June and they apologized and said another would be sent right away. She did not receive. I contacted them last week and they said they needed additional information. I have long covid and all of this is a chore. So I contact them today and apparently another box was sent (now 3 total boxes and this is month two so I have been charged another *****. I asked to be refunded my money and to cancel this because this is just ridiculous. They will give me store credit but not my money. Why would I want store credit when not one thing they have shipped has been delivered. I asked speak to a manager to file a complaint and was given the run around. I was told to just reach out to the number that I was already talking to and a manager would respond. This is unacceptable. I did tell them that I would file a complaint with the BBB which is what I am doing. These companies protect themself and no one is protecting the consumer.Initial Complaint

The employee has been seen doing drugs in her car. She also offered methamphetamine to my nephew whom she get his contact info out of Bumpboxx client contacts without consent. She showes up late to work because she is out all night getting high with him.thats unethical if a employee and horrible reputation for Bumpboxx.he has told her to stop harassing him sense he is trying to stay away from drugs that she introduced him too. She is very pushy about getting him high. She showed him the warehouse and given him free Bumpboxx products. When I went in to talk to manager she wouldnt allow me and I havent **** back from one. Bought a bumpbox ultra had it for about 3 months now wont charge or turn on at all. Bumpbox refuses to answer any txts or emails.Business Response

I am the **************** manager for ********************, on the 22nd of November at 12:49 PM. My agent ** received an email correspondence from the complainant, ***************************** stating that he was having an is*** with his Ultra unit and elaborated that it would not hold a charge or power on.
The agent informed him that we would be happy to provide him assistance and asked him to provide proof of purchase so we could verify that his unit was still covered under warranty. The complainant stated that the unit was purchased by his girlfriend, to which the agent informed him that we would need the email or order number to pull the order that was associated with the unit, if we cannot locate this then the unit would be treated as an out-of-warranty unit, which is basically paid repair.At that point, the customer followed up the next day at 11:04 AM with the email for the girlfriend (which did did not come up in our system) and stated and I quote, "Nope have a warranty in the box it came in. So, I will *** the dog sh** out of yall if you dont comply with the warranty", my agent followed up informing the complainant that we needed him to make sure the unit was purchased from our direct website, as we have a different protocol for third-party purchases.
As we were off for the holiday, we were able to provide him a follow-up until today at 8:52 AM, however, we receive your notice in the mail informing us of the measures the complainant took, although they never provide us with a response. We have no problem taking care of this customer as long as they can provide proof of purchase as we require all our customers to do because our warranty provides coverage for one year.
