    I am filing this complaint due to GRINs failure to process a $4,500 payment owed to me, a content creator using their platform, as well as their ongoing negligence in handling account security and payment processing errors.On November 10, 2024, a $4,500 payment meant for me was sent to the wrong recipient due to a technical issue on GRINs platform. Specifically, my former ************* companys account was still linked to mine, despite my having left their management over a year ago and requesting full disassociation from their account. As a result, my payment was sent to my former management's account using someone else's tax information, and I never received the money.I immediately contacted GRIN support to report this error and request a payment reversal. However, after over two months of repeated outreach via email, ********, and customer support channels, my issue remains unresolved.Key Issues:Payment *************** Funds GRIN mistakenly sent my payment to my former managements account, and despite my requests, they have not reversed or recovered the payment.Account Security Issues My payment and tax information were incorrectly replaced with another persons due to a technical issue with GRINs platform, creating serious financial and data privacy concerns.Lack of Customer Support *********************** customer service has been unresponsive and ineffective, failing to provide a solution despite acknowledging the ****************************** Harm This missing payment has caused financial stress and disrupted my business operations as a content creator, making me hesitant to use GRIN for future collaborations.Despite my patience and repeated attempts to work with GRIN in good faith, they have failed to take responsibility for this issue. I am seeking BBBs assistance in facilitating a resolution before I escalate further through legal action.
