    I signed my son up for the fall session that started Sept 22, 2024. I paid $317.24 for the session that is 12 classes. The program is nothing like they advertised it to be. The coaches were not well trained and they did not do much interacting with my son or the other 2 kids in our class. We were not told that after the first class we could decide not come back and we can receive a refund. It was not until the 3rd class that we actually spoke to someone because the class lasted all of 20 minutes because the coach gave up just as quick as the kids did. I called, emailed and instant messaged the contact info the website. ******** finally got back to me. I sent her an email of what our experience was and then she called and I went over it again with how disappointed we are and that at that time we just wanted a refund and did not wish to continue. She seemed very nice and shocked by what we experienced she stated she wanted to follow up with her lead and she would call back the next day. The next day came she texted me that she was busy and would still follow up. The following day from that being 10/10 she said she would call me at 4 and I have still yet to hear from her. I have tried texting, calling and emailing and have received no answer about receiving a refund. This program just was ****** advertised we paid to basically coach our own kids and now with the no response just sort of tells me that this may happen often. I am looking at this point to just receive a refund and be done but I cannot get ahold of anybody. I have a copy of the texts and email exchanges between us two. We attended the 1st class. Missed the second class because my son was in the hospital and then attended the 3rd class that lasted all of 20 minutes and it is suppose to be 55 minute classes. I told ******* we basically only did one class so it should not be a problem to be refunded. My attached email goes into detail of our disappointing experience.

    ****** ****** reached out to me earlier this week.  My intention was to issue the refund on Wednesday and I woke up with a migraine and was unable to be on a computer to issue the refund.  I was traveling on 10/17/2024 via car.  I have issued a refund.
