    ********* service and TERRIBLE customer service. They did not not clean our recliner but simply sprayed it with awful smelling chemical perfume. They refused to stand by their work and wanted to charge us $100 MORE just to come and take a look at it later.

    This company scams older people. Their name comes up if you ****** ******* ******* and they never say it isnt *******. Then they tell you a much higher price than what was advertised. When employees were told about the price discrepancy, they stated to get rude asking the husband if he is the boss or the wife. **** employees telling elderly home owner to take off his ***** hat because he should be a Democrat.     I was charged over $1000 dollars for the worst carpet cleaning Ive ever experienced. Carpet was wet for 3 days after cleaning. Not one piece of furniture was moved. Almost all stains were still apparent. My daughter walked on the carpet in socks on day 2 and had to throw them away they were so dirty! Traffic areas werent even improved. I was not expecting the carpet to look brand new but for that outrageous price I expected much more. To add to the list the technician asked my daughter for a cash tip so he could buy lunch! I feel foolish for even paying that kind of money however I was assured it would look great. I have pictures of all the remaining dirt and stains. I would like another technician to come and make this right at no charge or make a formal complaint to the BBB
