Went through process to speak with an attorney with regards to a fraudulent foreclosure and fraudulent eviction process. First appointment was missed due to financial problems. Second appointment had me going to a meeting location where instead of an attorney I was put through a video conference with an alleged attorney who did not show proof or license information. Person said their name was ***** ******. During the video conference I explained how I obtained documents statements and other findings questioning the validity of the previous mortgage on my parents property as well as questioning the process by which the property went through foreclosure auction. ***** made comments and inferences that I had no defences to use, claiming that what I had were "technicalities" that should have been brought up prior to the auction. I explained I was already trying to work on the probate of the estate but was severely limited due to finances. Mr ****** accused me of being combative and not answering his questions when I was merely asserting the details and specifics of these "technicalities". Mr ****** then tried to conclude the video conference by stating that he would now terminate the meeting and I was handed paperwork by his assistant who then informed me someone was outside checking on my parked vehicle. When I tried to share some information including family photos with the assistant they informed me that it wouldn't do anything and asked me to ***** complaint is that the meeting was skewed against me and my reasoning that no tenant relationship was ever established with this alleged new owner of my parents property and either myself or my deceased parents. There were many details I tried to explain but the "attorney" didn't side with me, prompting me to ask whose side they were on. I did not feel they made an effort despite my personally having driven out there only to be met with a video conference and some papers I could (and already did) get on my own anyway.

I am rejecting this response because:

The effort should have been made in person while there for the appointment to better extend *****'s commitment to addressing "client concerns".
