    I have contacted Pro-Spray 9 times over the past month asking that they provide pricing on a custom spray rig. and a half and only received one reply stating, "I got the request and will work on it as soon as we get power back on, been without electricity for a few days and hope to get back in a day or two," Which was one month ago. I have also tried contacting the company via their website but have yet to get a reply. This is poor business, and we would like the company owners and potential customers to know that Pro-Spray needs better communication.

    Today 3/1/2024 I found on my mail box at the from office you letter about lock of communication with my customer ********************* from The ***************** at *************************************************************

    My explanation to him was the only one I have and it is the correct one.

    I did received the email from ******************* from the same department and **** reached out to me since she went on vacations, at the time we had a fire at the solar system inverter and we went with out power for exactly one week, after that I never received the emails he sent over the website Until now that I got your letter I spent some time looking for the on my spam folder and junk folder where I found them, I call him at 9:50 this morning, got the voice mail but he immediately called me back and gave him my explanation and my apologies, he thanked me for the phone call but indicated that by now they are dealing with another company.

    My apologies to everyone involved and I will try my best to pleased any customer the best way possible, the ***************** is been my customer since 1991 and I hate to see them go elsewhere.
