My Experience with Seller Appointment Hub: A Cautionary Tale I signed up for Seller Appointment Hub expecting verified seller appointments. The pitch? Spend $2,500 and get in front of homeowners who 1) want to sell their house and 2) know youre coming. Sounds simple, right?Despite my hesitation with their high-pressure sales tactics, I moved forward because they came highly recommended by members of the ********************* a community Ive respected for years.Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that this was not what was delivered. The very first appointment had no idea who I was or why I was at their door and had never spoken to anyone about selling their home. I chalked it up to a one-time error. But it wasnt. The next 4 or 5 appointments were exactly the same: no context, no permission, no interest in ********** be clear I was promised verified seller appointments. What I received were cold leads that violated consumer trust, wasted my time, and misrepresented what I paid for. When I started raising concerns via email (I kept the screenshots), I got no response. By the time I followed up about the fourth and fifth leads, they had completely ghosted *****, I disputed the charge with *****, providing the emails and explaining that they violated their own terms. ***** refunded me but now Seller Appointment Hub is trying to send me to collections.Let me be clear: I will use every legal channel available to share my story and warn others in this industry. After sharing my experience in several agent groups, *** discovered Im not alone. This is a pattern, not an isolated case.If youve had a similar experience, lets talk. We deserve better and its time we hold shady marketing companies accountable.

Bait and switch . They charge 2500 set up fee and 300 per verified vetted lead. The leads are missing names, phone numbers, email.addresses and property address. If I can reach the lead hey aren't intrerein selling or never talked to anyone. Terrible support. You can't reach anyone by phone. When support respon its inco plate just like the leads they sell RUN!! BEWARE!! They do not want to sell verified leads, they steal your money for incomplete leads
