Been asking for warranty claims from them for a defective product that they confirmed was defective and told me to talk to the retailer I bought their product from for the warranty claim. Messaged the retailer and they said to contact the the manufacturer, Honeycomb Aeronaurical for warranty claims. What they're doing (Honeycomb Aeronautical) I believe is illegal because the warranty should be coming from them. I've seen another report about this too.Initial Complaint

My Alpha Flight Controls yoke broke as the USB-C port stopped working. For nearly the last year I have attempted to get in touch with customer support at ********************** to try and get my product fixed or replaced and at most I have gotten one or two email responses where I am asked about my issue and then I never hear back. Im filing this issue with the BBB to try and get my $250 product back into a usable state instead of it being an expensive paper weight.Initial Complaint

Pre-ordered flight sim peripheral for $427.60, 2/23. Waited well past promise date due to public notification of production delays. Finally cancelled order 12/23. Recd confirmation email with promise to refund my credit card within ***** business days. Never recd refund. Company has announced they will not be refunding anyones money. The company is in financial trouble and suggested canceling orders. However, this is after there are any means to do so. Placed a pre-order on 3/9/2023 via credit card. I received an email on 6/23/2023 stating delays due to supply chain issues. I received an email on 8/7/2023 stating delays due to supply chain issues. I received an email on 1/26/2024 stating delays due to bad business; the partner committed fraud; however, at this time, you should cancel the order and contact your credit card. I pre-ordered a Honeycomb Charlie ****** pedals. The order was suppose to be shipped last summer. The company sent and email saying the manufacturing was delayed. I tried to contact the company to cancel the order to receive a refund. There as been no responses. Ordered a multiple products with the company through their website July 27th of 2023 and have not received them. I contacted support for a explanation and or an update every 2 months or so and their reason they told me was warehouse/storage facility issues. It's been a little over 6 months. I've contacted them again near the end of December and haven't received any response. It's clear that the business isn't being run right as other customers online are also complaining about the same issues and I'm just looking for a refund. I've heard that the company has had these issues since August of 2023 and have been shutdown since then. They have also been accepting online orders while having these issues to my knowledge. It doesn't seem I'm getting a refund directly from the company either because other customers have reported asking for refunds and the company either ignoring them or saying they have fulfilled them and haven't. That's all the details I have, I just hope somebody looks into how the company's being run and do something because waiting any longer doesn't seem like a good idea.Initial Complaint

I preordered the Honeycomb *************************** pedals on March 3rd with the expectation that I would receive them in July of 2023. I never received the item and after reaching out to support for updates I was not confident that I would ever receive my order. Customer support posted on ******** that they would gladly except cancellations and would process refund. I waited and on December 4th, 2023, I cancelled my order. I received confirmation (see uploaded image of email) that my order was cancelled and to expect my refund in 10 - 14 business days. I have not received and refund yet. I have called Honeycomb customer support, and no one answers. I have emailed support over 10 times, and no one responds. I have even signed into their Discord where they have a thread to get in a queue to receive refunds, which no one is receiving. There are many unhappy customers trying to get their money back and Honeycomb is ignoring all of them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a preorder for the ********************************** and have not received them. After asking for a refund I was told that the refund would be processed however my credit card was never refunded for the purchase. The company then failed to respond to email follow *** and phone calls.
