My product (Honeycomb Alpha Yoke) had a sensor fail, presumably due to increasingly deteriorating quality control, less than a year after purchase. Upon contacting Honeycomb Aeronautical through their "Zendesk" on October 11th, I received a response within a day. I was told to follow the recalibration methods, which I already completed, to which I was then told to fill out an RMA form (to return the product for replacement/repairment). I completed and submitted the form, sent pictures of my unit, and was completely ghosted for about a week. I then submitted another ticket, which also received no response in two weeks, and was labeled as "solved" with no contact or solution ever being made. I then followed up with a third ticket, with no response to all three tickets to this date. I use this yoke to aid in flight training through simulation, which has been severely disrupted and has led to a loss of muscle memory as I am waiting for my FAA medical to be mailed to resume actual flying. The product comes with a two-year warranty, which is not being honored by the company. My ticket numbers are: 1st ticket - #***** 2nd ticket - #***** 3rd ticket - #*****. If this issue cannot be resolved, I would like either a refund to take my business to a reliable and communicative company/product, or a replacement at the bare minimum.Initial Complaint

I have placed an order on 6/21 about 2x Dust Cover. The product was then out of stock, but is back in stock for several weeks now. Now Honeycomb does not send out the items. A cancellation of the order is also not possible I am getting the message: "Order Already Processed. After a period of usage of the Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant, the number 1 axis level tilted to the right, into the axis two lever. The Honeycomb Products come with a standard 1 year warranty and since I was well within the year warranty, I contacted support to begin an *** process as per the directions on their website. Purchased on 8.17.22 and contacted support on 6.25.23. I provided all details as instructed and worked with their support team to begin the *** process. After I submitted all required documentation, I didn't hear anything back for two months. Two months later, I recieved a general email stating that their returns were backed logged and would be sending out return labels shortly. I've sent in several follow up requests with no response from Honeycomb Aeronautical, and the issue has been continuing for 5 months now with no forward progress nor resolution. Each follow up request I send keeps getting marked as "solved" with no return correspondence. Going through public forums related to Honeycomb's support services, it seems I am not alone with my issue. Several others have not been able to receive support help, nor receive products in return.Initial Complaint

I started having issues with one of their products (Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant). The item is within the 2-year warranty from time of purchase . I have submitted an RMA form (Ticket *****). Pictures of the product and proof of purchase were provided on the same date (August 18, 2023). I have not received any response . A shipping label was promised on the same date to have defective item replaced. More than two months later no response. I have made multiple attempts calling their phone number (**************) only to get a voicemail. I ordered a flight simulator control called the *************************** pedals. They gave an apology that they were behind. But since then no updates on when and if the product will be released. Also their entire support staff seems to have disappeared. No one answers the phone or emails. I ordered it back in May and was at the time promised June 30th but have gotten nothing. On approx 26 July 2023, my wife purchased the Honeycomb Brave flight controller through the Honeycomb website (order HC21810). The controller has never been delivered. When I try to contact the company's "zendesk" for help, I either get no response or I get a letter of apology from the following person saying that there has been trouble with the shipping department and that they are working to rectify the situation. I was once told I'd be notified once the item has been shipped, but this has never happened. Please advise or assist if you can. Here is the only contact information I had receive. My original request for customer service, 7-18-23"I am disabled due to a loss of function of my right arm / spinal cord injury.Out of no where my Alpha Yoke no longer responds to turns or forward and backward pressure I am at a lose as to what to do.Regards I have copied/pasted correspondence to Honeycomb Aeronautical:"Last January, barely a year and a half after purchasing your yoke, I began to experience subtle erratic behavior when applying aileron or elevator control to my aircraft. Initially I thought the behavior might be the effects of an MSFS 2020 update, however there was no evidence of that. The issue worsened as time went on. There were times when upon applying elevators the aircraft would dive uncontrollably to the ground and crash. Thats when I became suspicious and contacted Honeycomb/you. It took you approximately a month to get back to me, after I had said I did a Windows and internal calibration on the yoke."Response:8-16-23 "Hi, Thank you for filling out the form! Please do not send your unit until you receive a shipping label from us. We are having some internal delays but I will be sending you a free shipping label as soon as possible. Ordered the Honeycomb Alpha XPC Yoke, Bravo Throttle Quadrant, and XBox Hub. Order # HC *****. The Bravo throttle quadrant does not work when connected as directed via the *** to the yoke and XBOX. When the Bravo is connected to the Hub, XBOX ********** Flight Simlator) undetects the yoke, making both units unusable. The company has not responded to several attempts at troubleshooting or issuing a return authorization for either repair, replacement, or a refund. If they cannot provide a solution I want a refund of the $777.87 I was charged for the merchandise. No one answers calls or returns voicemails or emails at the company.
