    This is the third complaint I filed. Been waiting since April 20th for my replacement Bravo throttle.I have not received an response in over 2 months now.

    This is my 2nd complaint about this company. For over 30 days now they have promised my a shipping issue will be resolved or I could ask for a refund. Havent heard any thing for over 20 days now. I opened 2 more support tickets with no response. I dont know what to do now. This has been going on since March.

    I was approved for a RMA on the Bravo Throttle on April 18th. It has been over one month since the request. I was first informed that there shipping labels are not working and more recently they are having issues with warehouse shipping products.

    I have been trying to contact Honeycomb since 20 April 2023. Replacement throttle was ready to ship according to an email. An email I sent about the tracking number was sent and a customer representative told me they had a software issue printing labels. They were not sure how long it would take to fix it. Havent heard anything since. I sent emails,open another support ticket. I tried calling that gos to voicemail every time. Left 3 messages, the last one today. I have been without a working throttle since 22 March 2023.

    Have attempted to reach out multiple times for support for a product that is under warranty. Support tickets are completely ignore with no response and the phones are never answered. Left a voicemail and never got a response as well.

     I sent my product back to the company for repair/replacement after they had finally responded and gave a shipping number.  They received it and created a new "order" for the replacement over the weekend of February 3rd-5th and the tech support agent had said typical turnaround is 1-2 days plus the shipping time.  However there's still nothing shipped a week later, and they are not answering emails again.  Phone calls also continuously are going to a voicemail box.  So now I don't even have the product I originally paid for and no replacement is in sight.
