    The rudder pedals I ordered took over two years to arrive.I ordered the yoke, pedals, throttle quadrant, and xbox hub. After waiting several years for the complete kit to arrive, I was very disappointed to learn that they were defective and didn't ******* reaching out to the company for support, it took them days to acknowledge my case, and they told me it would be another 12 days before a support person would be able to respond.I've heard from others that it is very hard to receive any level of support or refund from the company. I would urge others to avoid the company and their products. The current state of affairs, their operation feels illegal and grossly negligent.

    I have been trying to get a refund for a product I never received for several months now. I have contacted the company at least 10 times. They finally said last month they were going to process my refund but they have not and they wont respond to me. I dont know what else to do, I just want my money back and there customer service is non existent.

    I ordered a Bravo Throttle Quadrant and a *************************** Pedals from this company and have been waiting 5 months for them to ship. Almost $700 of my money gone with no shipping date in sight. Absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with.

    Worst company I have ever made a purchase from. The bravo throttle quadrant does not work with the xbox hub. I have made numerous attempts to get help and the company ignores my emails. They are a corrupt orgatization. And they didn't even deliver all the items I purchased. You can't reach anybody on the phone. They have inusulated themselves from all contact. Avoid like the plague. One star is one star too many.

    Well, I'm finding out that tons of other people are dealing with the same issue that I am. No one in **************** responds to anything. Over $700 for the Alpha Flight XPC, Xbox Hub and the Bravo Throttle. I requested direction on how to set this up...no response. I attempted to up load the instructions using their directions that came with the products...nothing works and absolutely NO direction as to how to set up. Second CUS ticket submitted...no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm going to make an effort to let as many people know as I can. I'm not even sure this thing works.
