    I decided to call this "company" to help with my "fridge not cooling" issue, based on the ratings they show on their site (which appears to be a screenshot--as there's no evidence that the ratings are really true). They sent a contractor out the same day, as advertised, but I noticed the contractor is from a different company once they sent me an invoice. Nearly 6 visits later, with 2 no-shows, and nearly two thousand dollars spent, the issue is still not resolved. I decided to look up the company that was actually coming out to attempt to repair, and they had horrible ratings; I came across the BBB site where it showed all the complaints, and immediately I felt like I fell into a trap.The site I went to thinking I was getting service from is here: *************************************************************************************** company that was sent to me is: Reliable Appliance *********** *******************************************************************************
