    Such professionalism and pleasant experience with my specialists. Beginning with the initial introductory call with **** C, Debt Specialist. Explaining and reassuring Pacific Debt Inc, is an Accredited Business with the BBB and attentive to my questions of the paperwork process. I felt at ease when I understood the process. The next step to resolving my debt was speaking with ***** Q, Director of Client Experience. Communicating with ***** is such a delight. I can sense ******* dedication and commitment with me as a person and not just her client. From keeping in constant contact with me, setting up unknown callers to silent, dealing with closing inactive bank account. Her knowledge and experience has helped me to deal with my anxiety and expectations thru this process.     ************************ was very knowledgeable and helpful to me and my situation I Thank him so much his help and time he gets a five star.He made my decision in doing this much easier he explained everything in detail answered all my questions efficiently and new everything I asked him about I have tried this a couple of months ago with a different debt relief program and canceled out because I didn't believe they knew what they were talking about and really didn't explain things to me the right way. So I'm pleased so far with the way things worked so Far.
