    The representative I spoke to was reassuringly knowledgeable, and patiently repeated everything I didn't understand until it was clear to me. They found me a settlement plan which reduced my monthly payments enough for me to avoid bankruptcy.

    First the positive. The program set up process was positive. Everything was explained so I knew what to expect. The Client *** who guided me through that part was professional & helpful. I completed the program on time as predicted & paid the agreed amount each month, so no surprises with that part. The negative. After a month I wanted to find out where I was with the settlement process, looked in my account and couldnt find any information there, so I emailed my Client ***resentative. A week passed, heard nothing, emailed again. Another week passed, still nothing. A month later I finally receive an email from another client *** telling me I hadnt heard back because my Client ***resentative was now someone else, which was why I had not heard back. How about alerting clients when their contact person has changed. This happened one more time a few months later, so communication is much to be desired. The client portal is not user friendly or provides you with the information such as how much debt you have left. I had to contact the company any time I wanted to know what I had left to pay so I could keep track. Speaking to a ***resentative to explain how the ledger worked brought more frustration because the *** was very short with me and frustrated that I wasnt understanding. So the online portal is terrible to maneuver and find specific information about your progress. I finally had a Client *** get back to me who was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He found that out of the 2 debts I had enrolled a year prior, one should never have been included because I was not the primary account holder, only an authorized user. How this was missed by the person who set the program up for me, I dont know but that shows a lack of attention on their part. I wish I had him as a *** the whole time, it would have reduced my frustrations. Company needs better communication with clients & an online platform that shows ALL info on remaining debt owed.
