      This company is such a headache to deal with it rented a ************************************* the rent to own so the down-payment was 2000 but the *** ***** told me he will take the 1500 for know so I put down-payment he refused to pick up the phone he doesn't respond back in enough time the company do not a business phone that only help by appointment only but when you try to get an appointment there is no answer so my things is o did my math to my payments a d it's very high and I want be able to pay them so I want to turn the car back in but I can't threw to ********* I'm not sure if these folks have a business are they just scammers he said even with me purchasing the vichecal I will only have 100 miles per a day into the car is paid off but I don't want the vehicle this is a very bad place

      I booked through Priceline showed up 7am says on my rental book that I had unlimited miles ***** they apparently bait and switch when I get there they said 500 miles was given only .so had to pay 188 dollars for prepaid he dropped it to .25 per mile over 500 miles so instead of ruining my trip .I decided and I felt strong armed do to limited time and misinformation and I already paid for Priceline payment non refundable not in good faith I decided to pay that what was forced upon very little time I had set aside .I still had over 250 miles unused that they are keeping due to prepaid.Do to misinformation as well as The manager mentioned he has a lot of unhappy customers Not shocked ??So please watch this tactic they use it will be the last time I use this service along with them not even doing a walk around I always video before and after return to insure they dont try and get me for someone elses mistake .Keep in mind that Turo for the same amount of days gave me ***** miles brand new vehicle even provided water plus 150 dollars less even with me adding there insurance Please Be cautious when purchasing from these people also while standing there 3 out of 4 people were upset ?? so Caution ?? never had this bad of experience

      Very unprofessional from reception to owner. They rented me a car for 810$ **** was deposit I haven't received back in 3 weeks. And when I call it's a run around or an excuse. I don't think they should be inn business at all...I have pictures of car they rented no k**** for ac or heat very junkyard bound car. I was very disappointed by them but what made it worse is my deposit they tell me a date and then m give excuses like ************ with boyfriend and stuff like that!

      I booked a mid-size SUV for $20/day about 4 days ago prior to arriving to the cart rental location. Once I arrived I was told the only cars available were minivans for the same price or premium cars at their premium daily rate of $45/day. They had no other cars available though the reservation was made 4 days in advance and I was not contacted so that I could have made other car rental arrangements.The staff and shuttle driver were very kind however the best they could do was lower the price of the premium car to $40 (after I told them my company would only reimburse me for upto $40 ??)I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would not be until Monday.Definitely will not be doing business here in the future and would not recommend this car rental location to anyone.

      This business is committing fraud. We rent a car online and when we arrived, we were told that no cars were available of the type and we would be able to contact Expedia for a full refund. This business is denying the claim after the associate said there would be no issues. We paid for a service which we DID NOT receive. We are filing a claim with the ** ********************** after reading multiple reviews of them doing this with many customers. This is not an airport car rental since they are located far away from the airport and we had to walk 1.1 miles to the actually office after the second shuttle did not show up. Not sure why the business is saying it is located on ******* it is actually on *****************************************************.

      This Business let my 73-year-old mother who doesn't have a valid Driver's License rent a car. They are lucky my mother didn't get into an accident before I made her return the car. This Business should not be able to operate. They only care about making a sale.
