    I bought a BT Moto Unit 90 days ago and it gave me warning signs at first, but after 30 days it started malfunction and I ignored it because I thought I was buying a quality of a project, I thought it would fix itself but it just got worse. I called the company for assistance, the man refused to help me after taking ***** dollars of my money, I asked for help into solving the issue but there was no help, no customer satisfaction, no refund, there was a 30 day warrant that I understand but at that point U was just hoping for some help but there was a lot of attitude and he was rude, I feel wrong for paying this type of money for this device because I ride my motorcycle only on the weekends, it's not my main transportation but right now it has became dangerous to use since it switches gears from nowhere and I have to hold the brake in order for my safety and others. I was thinking about going to the highway administration for help as well.
