No refunds. Customer agrees that they have reviewed portfolio and are subjectively hiring Melrose Creates based on the work presented. Melrose Creates takes every reasonable measure to deliver a high-quality product that will make the customer happy.
In the unlikely event that all or some of the work fails to materialize, or there is total photographic or other failure due to reasons beyond control (including unforeseeable technical malfunction), the liability of Melrose Creates will be limited to a re-shoot, re-design or re-build of equal value to achieve promised results. The limit of Melrose Creates' liability will never exceed the original agreed price. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
