I purchased a brand-new car and wanted to get it tinted the same day. The tint shop told me they could do it immediately if I brought it in, so I dropped the car off. When I picked it up, the tint was full of bubbles and looked super blurry. They assured me it would clear up on its own and told me to come back if any issues persisted. After 2-3 weeks, the bubbles remained, so I returned to have them fix it. However, they only worked on the roof and left dark stains on the headliner, saying the stains would dry out with time. The next day, I noticed more issuesthere was a hole in my dashboard, a large scratch, and a burn **** on the roof. There was also a deep scratch on the right side of the car, but I cant currently prove its their fault because I had the car wrapped at a different shop. Unwrapping it just to document the damage would be costly.Unfortunately, I had to leave town for a few weeks and wasnt able to follow up right away. When I got back, I tried contacting them multiple times to resolve the situation, but they refused to take responsibility or pay for the damages. I initially tried to settle the matter peacefully, but they refused to cooperate. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Not only did they damage my new carburning the roof, scratching the exterior, poking a hole in the dash, and leaving stainsthey also delivered subpar tint work that still has bubbles and scratches. I now want the tint removed altogether because of how poorly it was done. When I asked them for proof of their business legitimacylike an LLC or any official documentsthey refused to provide anything, saying I "have the receipt." However, the receipt doesnt even include a company name, which makes me question if they are operating legally. I saw at least four people working at the shop, but no official business information seems to exist. I was able to find the owner's name it is ***** *******. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish.
